1 PROUDLY MADE Catalog Number INNOVATION IN ILLUMINATION HOLH SERIES High Output LED Linear High Bay Project Type FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS APPLICATION The high lumen output luminaire is designed to be a replacement for HID and fluorescent high bays. It is optimal for lighting applications where long life, low maintenance, and consistent color rendering is required. Areas with limited accessibility due to fixture location or where heavy pedestrian or vehicle traffic makes maintenance difficult are ideal applications. The high wattage/lumen output allows the fixture to be used for warehouse, manufacturing and big box retail applications. CONSTRUCTION The robust housing is constructed of code-gauge ( gauge) cold rolled steel. Rigid stiffening brackets prevent twisting and bowing. Engineered for exceptional thermal performance using lightweight aluminum thermal LED heat sinks. Open structure design allows for natural convective cooling. Optional End Caps are available. Wireguard attachment points provided. FINISH Post painted housing and components with a Lighting White Polyester type paint which has a UV stabilizer included with a 93% reflectivity. Raw steel goes through our custom wash system with a mild solvent and pre-treatment rust inhibitor before passing through a preheat oven. After the paint is applied the fixture then passes through the cure oven for maximum adhesion. Each fixture is painted to a minimum of -3 mil thickness for extra durability. OPTICAL SYSTEM High efficiency linear LED strips provide a medium light distribution pattern and exceptional horizontal and vertical performance. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM Class II long life LED s and high efficiency drivers work together to provide superior performance in a safe and efficient package. 0 light levels provide a wide range of output options, 700mA long-life/high efficiency and 400mA high ouput driver operation.. L95 at 0K hours 50K hours. LED s available in 4000K and 5000K with a CRI >80.Electronic drivers are available in 0~77V or 347~480V configurations. Power factor >0.9, 0-0V dimming standard SERIES HOUSING HEIGHT LENGTH & WIDTH HOLH x 0.30 (dimming leads pulled through upon request). Modular wiring drop cord may be factory installed (contact your sales representative for details). MOUNTING Suitable for suspension mounting via aircraft cables, jack chain with S hooks, end-mount tong hangers; monopoint mounting via a ½ rigid or swivel pendant system; or surface mounted directly to a standard junction box. 5 FIXTURE MOUNT SENSOR ORDERING INFORMATION FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS APPLICATION The OSFHU Passive Infrared (PIR) Fixture Mount High-Bay Occupancy Sensor is specifically designed for high mounted areas such as warehouses, manufacturing and other high ceiling applications. The OSFHU installs directly to an industrial fluorescent luminaire or an electrical junction box. It is a self-contained sensor and relay that turns individual light fixtures ON or OFF based on occupancy in the detection zone. It comes with two interchangeable lenses for use in either a 360 high-bay or 360 low-bay general area or a mask for aisle way. The OSFHU provides reliable coverage up to 40 ft. mounting heights. The OSFHU is also available in a model for cold storage applications with temperatures as low as -40 F. MOUNTING The OSFHU mounts directly to an industrial fluorescent fixture or an electrical junction box through a standard / knockout using the two provided lock-nuts. Wiring is connected inside the fixture body. For deep body fixtures, the OSFLO or OSFOA accessory installs into the fixture / knockout using the provided lock-nut. The OSFHU sensor is installed in one of three, / punchouts positioning the OSFHU at the correct field-of-view position flush or below the fixture reflector assembly. When applicable, wiring is routed through the OSFLO or OSFOA to the fixture body for wiring.
