1 ReadyScan LED Technology The Perfection V30 is a CCD scanner powered by ReadyScan LED Technology, which is ideal for users who enjoy efficient, high quality scans. Mercury-Free Scanning with the V30 is environmentally friendly. There is no mercury content in LED lamp unlike a traditional CCFL lamp (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamps). Lower Power Consumption With ReadyScan LED technology, less power consumption is required and energy efficiency is achieved. Perfection V30 Almost zero warm-up time Traditional CCFL based scanners can require up to 45 seconds warm-up time at normal room temperatures to allow the lamp to reach a consistent level of light output. With ReadyScan technology the LEDs emit the correct light level within 0.15 seconds after ignition. Attractive and Versatile Design Slim and Stylish Black ID The V30 is sleek and stylish with a Black casing color. This Black ID matches well with other products with similar ID in the EPSON family.umbers and Flexible 2-way display The V30 has a 2-way design (Portrait or Landscape) for flexible placement on users desktop.
