The photographs are accompanied by a note which reads "Louise Glebe ( ) became Secretary-Treasurer of C.H. Doerr Co. Ltd. in 1919, upon the company's incorporation. She married C.H. Doerr in the 1930's, becoming his third wife and outlived him by 36 years. Edward Doerr ( ) was a "shipper" and one of the founding shareholders of C.H. Doerr Co. Ltd. in He was a brother - three years older - of C.H. Doerr.
