4 Introduction Traditional spectrophotometers provide quick, reliable, repeatable, unbiased color measurement, but They require a match between the size of sample to be measured and the instrument aperture Additionally they see everything inside that aperture as one single color

6 Spectrophotometers Spectrophotometer (a.k.a. Spectro) A device that illuminates a sample, and measures the amount of light reflected (or transmitted) at various wavelengths
