FIRE retardant In the development of fi re retardant products we have taken into consideration our end users varied and demanding work processes. Work, environment and tasks can vary many times during the day, and our fire retardant products are designed to follow the user through these environmental changes. TREATED, FIRE RETARDANT TEXTILES Cotton treated with fi re retardant chemicals that inhibits/restrains or reduces the combustion process. We only use Pyrovatex industryleading fire retardant treatment on long fi ber cotton of the highest quality. This results in more comfortable fabrics that have longer life and less shrinkage in the wash. And most important is that the clothes remain fi re retardant while they last (the garment s life cycle ). PYROVATEX Cotton fibers are treated with a crosslink resin that forms a bond on the molecular level to the cellulose in the fi bers. This creates a strong, durable and protective link that makes the fabric barely shrink or melt when exposed to heat and fl ames. All of our Pyrovatex fabrics are made only from long cotton fi bers of high quality. As a result they are lightweight and comfortable, and feature outstanding durability to wash and wear, ensuring that the clothing has a long lifetime. Pyrovatex is available as either DaleTec or FlamTech. FLAMTECH High-performance fi re-retardant material featuring outstanding durability and comfort. FlamTech is Oeko-Tex certifi ed and does not contain any environmentally damaging or toxic substances. Studies show that waste gas emission during combustion of FlamTech products is less environmentally damaging than the combustion of untreated cotton textiles. Remains fi re retardant even after 200 washes. DALETEC The combination of fi re-retardant Pyrovatex treatment and Egyptian long staple Giza cotton means the best of 2 worlds: ultimate garment lifetime flame protection and superior comfort.
