(PHOTO) Balls of yarn (x 6) Make a small ball from newspaper, tin foil... Wrap the orange yarn around the small ball to form a ball of yarn. Stick or sew around the bun. Stick a pair of needles crossed over each other into the hair for decoration.

5 CAPE R1. Using Katia Alabama in midnight blue, 51 ch st R2. 50 sc, cut and fasten off. R3. Join the midnight blue yarn in stitch no. 21 of the previous strip: work 10 sc. R4 and following rows: Work 1 ch st, inc in 1st st, work in sc until the end of the row. Repeat until there are 36 sc. Last 3 Rows. 36 sc. Cut yarn and fasten off. Repeat embroidery as for body. R1. Cut the yarn, fasten off and sew on top of the middle of the needles. MASK Piece 1: Using Katia Alabama in lemon yellow, 14 ch st, join in a circle: work 4 sc, 2 hdc sst, 2 dc sst, [2 tc sst] x 2, 2 dc sst, 2 hdc sst, 2 hdc, 1 sc. Close, cut yarn leaving a longish length. Piece 2: Using Katia Alabama in lemon yellow, 14 ch st, join in a circle: work 1 sc, 2 hdc, 2 hdc sst, 2 dc sst, [2 tc sst] x 2, 2 dc sst, 2 hdc sst, 4 sc. Close, cut yarn leaving a longish length. Join the two pieces at the centre using the wool sewing needle and sew onto the face making sure that the side with the 4 sc is on top of the eye.
