We provide: PYROBAND LP BASE and CFR: FLAME RETARDANTS FOR Polyester and Cotton fabrics and leather and all fiber types. Dilutions of PYROBAND LP BASE are compatible with most water repellents, binders, buffers and softeners used in leather and textile finishing. PYROBAND LP BASE for dry clean durable fabrics(ie: Wool and woolen blend Serge for Stage/Theatrical Drapes; wool & woolen blend military and band uniforms). It can be used on all fiber types and blends as well as leather. The only drawback is it is not durable to home laundering, only dry cleaning. Recommended for M1 Test and meets BS:5866. It is a GOTS & OKEO-TEX APPROVED PRODUCT. We also offer POTASSIUM HEXA FLUORO TITAN ATE as a FLAME RETARDANTS FOR WOOL. For 100% Cotton Canvas: 1. Use PYROBAND CFR or PYROBAND PC-614 to flame retard the fabric and provide antistatic properties. 2. Use OMBROSTAT C-550 in his flame retardant finish system 3. The use of OMBROGUARD 294 CONC will add antistatic properties while providing excellent water repellency. It is an ECO-FRIENDLY, GOTS or OKOTEX CERTIFIED product PYROBAND N-970 and PYROBAND LP satisfy MVSS # 302 for automotive requirements. PYROBAND N-970 is a durable concentrated, halogen free, organic based flame retardant for Nylon & wool and silk Passes DOCFF-3-71; California Registration No. C-08705; MVSS#302; NFPA-701 and durable to repeated launderings and dry cleanings i.e. for application requiring durability to laundering PYROBAND P-300 is an organo-phosphonate polymer it contains ~22% Phosphorus it demonstrates minimum to no leaching after curing it is ~100% active Use levels are very low ( % owf) meets all FR specifications when applied and cured at recommended levels PYROBAND P-300 is a durable, concentrated, halogen free, organo-phosphonate based flame retardant for polyester fibers, Suitable for BCF and staple fibers. It is an excellent polymer additive. It can be added to the quench bath or at the crimper in their process. Add-on levels ~3.0% on weight of fiber It has been used by several fiber and yarn manufacturers. It takes between % PYROBAND P-300 on weight of fiber to render it noncombustible, depending upon denier Since the PYROBAND is used in small amounts, it has very little effects to physical properties of the fiber. Since PYROBAND is a very viscous liquid, it will have a slight plasticizing effect. If applied as a top-coat or a spin finish. It does have lubricity properties. ANTIFOGGING CHEMICALS FOR 100% Non-woven Polyester Fabric, Nylon and elastics used in woven and nonwoven automotive fabrics meets Ford s Antifogging test. Normally antifogging properties are designed into finishes applied to polyester that will be used in automotive fabrics. An example is spin finishes. If you are buying yarn to produce fabrics, the spin finish should be antifogging. If not, the yarn or fabric produced from this yarn will need to be scoured to remove the volatiles that cause fogging. It is formulated to be used as an adhesion for paper OMBROSIZE 200 is a dry powdered material developed as a non-starch containing size to compete against PVA and PVA/starch blends on polyester, cotton and polyester/cotton blends. OMBROSIZE 201 is a new size product designed to compete against PVA and PVA/Starch blends on polyester, cotton and blends. OMBROSIZE 201 is composed of modified starch, water soluble polymers, plasticizers, waxes, and defoamer. It is designed for easy desize ability. OMBROLENE LS-1 is a new size wax designed to lubricate and soften warp yarns and to easily remove from the goods during usual finishing operations. OMBROLENE WLS-7 is a specially formulated emulsified wax, lubricant and softener in 100% solids flake form for use as an additive to natural and synthetic based size formulations to be applied in the size box. OMBROLENE WLS-7 is also used as an afterwax and can be applied in the afterwax applicator. OMBROSIZE F-300 is a dispersion of a polyester copolymer designed for all types of polyester filament yarn. This combination of proprietary chemicals helps to reduce loom start up marks, thus reducing denim off quality OMBROSIZE 880 is a dry, flowable warp size, developed to be applied to 100% cotton yarns of heavier titers to be woven on modern high speed weaving machines.
