WE Looking sharp Digital Printing Concept THE SHARPEST PRINT GET PREPARED FOR INKJET PRINTING WITH TANA JET ADDING PASSION TO TEXTILES. At TANATEX Chemicals we know the textile industry. We understand the complexity of processes, from pre-treatment to finishing.
DIGITAL PRINTING CONCEPT The sharpest print At TANATEX Chemicals we know the textile industry. We understand the complexity of processes, from start to finish. TANATEX Chemicals develops, produces and sells textile processing solutions for all parts of textile processes. For inkjet application, we provide a full range of products for pre-treatment, inkjet preparation, post-treatment and finishing of all kind of fibres. Our TANA JET range is the result of our experience in the different textile segments, now applied for inkjet printing. At TANATEX we understand the needs of our customers. We want to: share our knowledge with you make your life easier develop customized solutions for all type of fibres offer you complete concepts to achieve reduce your recipe costs with high concentrated optimum results products The process When you compare classical printing to inkjet printing, the last needs one additional treatment step, the preparation step. Conventional printing Substrate Conventional pre-treatment Fixation Posttreatment Preparation for inkjet printing Inkjet printing But is this step really necessary? Yes, let us look at some examples. Example 1 Thickeners and/or migration inhibitors are needed to prevent bleeding of the ink. Ink Untreated textile substrate Ink Treated textile substrate ADDING PASSION TO TEXTILES.
Example 2 Comparison of inkjet printing results without and with preparation: Without digital preparation With TANA JET digital preparation The examples show that textiles need to be pre-treated for inkjet to ensure perfect ink fixation. But also other parameters are influenced by our inkjet printing products. Shade depth Fastness Sharpness Fabric handle Penetration To fulfill the requirements, TANATEX presents its TANA JET range to offer a full range of products. The thickeners or migration inhibitors in our TANA JET-range are the core products. But ofcourse we offer additional products with additional benefits to the printed textiles and eventually to the consumer. TANA JET - Thickeners and migration inhibitor We have, for different fibres and different kind of inks, a range of products. TANA JET M 4003 Versatile migration inhibitor for different articles and substrates Easy miscible with water Low product viscosity Outstanding soft handle of printed textiles TANA JET M 4019 Versatile product for different articles and substrates Highly concentrated Very good shade depth and brilliancy TANA JET A 4100 Main application is acid printing on polyamide, silk and wool and their blends Ensures good ink penetration Soft handle of printed fabrics Suitable for screen or coating application TANA JET D 4201 Main application is disperse print on PES Suitable for pile and thicker nylon fabrics Suitable for screen or coating application Core products Cellulosic Polyamide Polyester Wool Silk Polyamide/ Elastan Thickeners/migration inhibitors TANA JET M 4003 TANA JET M 4019 TANA JET A 4100 TANA JET D 4201

Classical pre-treatment Pre-treatment comprises different steps, depending on fibre, article, end-use etc. During pre-treatment textiles are: It is required that sizing agents or weaving lubricants desized, like waxes, oils and paraffines are totally removed. bleached, Furthermore natural impurities like heavy metals, whitened and/or hardness, lignin, seeds and pectin need to be scoured stripped off. for subsequent colouration processes. Pre-treatment TANA ZYM TANNEX TANEDE BLANKOPHOR DIADAVIN TANATERGE SPANSCOUR ERKANTOL TANASPERSE TANACID Full range of products for desizing and enzymatic treatment Powerful range of bleaching stabilizer to answer to ecological requirements. Mineral technology is offered Detergents for bleaching process Well-known range of optical whitening agents Especially developed detergents for all type of fibres and impurities Yellowing inhibitors Pure wetting agents specially for discontinuous and continuous processes Special dispersing agents for cleaning applications Special neutralizing agents
Post-treatment of inkjet printed textiles In order to eliminate all chemicals as alkaline, acid, thickener etc. a post-scouring needs to be done. At the same time, often a neutralization of the textile is needed. Unfixed dyestuff, migration inhibitors or thickeners need to be removed. Good dispersing and sequestering effect is required. Additionally white ground needs to be unstained. Sometimes a fastness improvement is necessary. Post-treatment TANATERGE PLEXENE MESITOL TANA FIX TANEDE Especially developed detergents for all type of fibres and impurities as well as for continuous and discontinuous processes Sequestering, dispersing and complexing agents for all type of textile applications Range of fastness improvement products for acid and metal complex dyes/inks Range of fastness improvement products for direct and reactive dyes/inks Agents with various properties as oxidizing, reducing etc. Functional finishing Often special effects are required on textiles. TANATEX offers a big variety of products to achieve effects as water repellency soft handle scenting flame resistance Functional finishing PERSOFTAL BAYSCENT TANA PUR LAVA BAYGARD TANA PUR FLAMEGARD A full range of softeners, based on silicones, fatty amides, PE and blends Our range of micro-encapsulated products, containing famous fragrances, essential oils and pure high quality cosmetic ingredients A new generation of odour management, without using biocides.
