6 TERMS & CONDITIONS It is understood that it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect goods on receipt including third party shipments to verify styles, colors, etc. are as ordered. All prices listed are per each style. All orders are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse in Niagara Falls, New York. All orders must be one dozen per color or multiples thereof. Quantity prices based on total quantity ordered per style, per color. Payment terms are cash, certified cheque, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or net-30 days on approved credit. (No credit card payment accepted on Net 30 days) Returns: No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization. To obtain a return authorization number please contact our Customer Care Department. For us to authorize a return we require the packing slip number, ship date, invoice number, exact quantity, styles and colors being returned. If we approve your request, a return authorization number will be given and this number must be clearly marked on the outside of each carton being returned. Your packing slip detailing the exact goods being returned must be enclosed with the shipment. All returns are to be sent freight prepaid. Our Shipping/ Receiving Department is not authorized to accept shipments without a return authorization number. Shortages: When inspecting your shipment, if goods are missing or damaged please contact us right away with the courier s tracking number for the shipment. If we are at fault and we support your claim, a credit note will be issued against the correct invoice and replacement caps will forwarded and billed appropriately. Under no conditions do we accept shortage claims for goods forwarded to a third party as per your request. In any case your claim must be filed within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. Shipping of Wrong Goods: If, upon receipt of your order, it is apparent that we shipped the wrong style or color in error, please notify us right away. If your claim is supported by us we will issue a return authorization number and credit the appropriate invoice. Replacement goods will be forwarded if necessary and billed appropriately. No returns or compensation will be authorized for caps which have already been embroidered, crested, printed or had any other type of finishing done to them. Ordering of Wrong Goods: If, upon receipt of your order, you notice that you mistakenly ordered the wrong style or color, or your customer ordered incorrectly or cancelled the order, contact us. A return authorization number will be provided with the understanding that you are responsible for all freight charges and a 10% restocking charge, with a minimum charge of $10 per return, that will be deducted from the total credit. Under no circumstances do we accept returns that: - Are sample caps - Are returned 30 days after the invoice date - Are embroidered, crested, printed or altered in any way - You instruct us to ship to a third party All applicable taxes are extra.
