The system is capable of reproducing revolutionary 3D sound effects whereby sound sources are moved around the room in real time manually or by automation following a timecode. 3 Intelligent System Design The core of a VIVACE installation comprises a dual engine mainfraime with up to 128 independent connected channels running its patented algorithms. The VIVACE processor is accompanied by STAGETEC s award winning NEXUS Digitial Audio Router with a resolution of up to 96 khz to guarantee the highest standards in audio quality and flexibility. A touch-sensitive tablet, customized to the client s requirements, is used to control a VIVACE installation. 4 The Show Must Go On... Full Redundancy and Channel Monitoring With our long history in the broadcast, theatre and live industries we know that the show must always go on. To ensure operational reliability, the VIVACE processor as with all STAGETEC components is fully redundant. In the unlikely event of a processor failure the system is taken over automatically by the second processor without any audible interruptions. Additionally, the amplifiers used in VIVACE installations are modified in such a way that the end-user is able to monitor all channels independently of each other.
