1 Hunter Valley Gemmology Club Inc. In our 51st h year. The Hunter Valley Gemmology Club will be presenting their Annual Gem and Mineral Auction on Saturday 30 th April 2016 at the club rooms which are located at 1 Maize Street, East Maitland NSW The Auction viewing period on the day will be from 10:30am until 11:30am. The Auction will commence at 11:30am. A total of 188 Lots will be offered. Door Prizes will be given and some 9 Raffle prizes will be available for purchase by tickets to be drawn later in the year at our Open Day. All the items in the auction are listed, along with photographs of each item, on the club s website: A number of interesting lots are being highlighted on our Facebook page Valley Gemmology Club/ and we recommend viewing either site if you find any items on the list to your liking. NB: the.asn in the web address. There will be a BBQ available on the day for those attending at a very reasonable cost. Refreshments, including tea, coffee, nibbles and homemade cakes and slices will be provided by the club and these will be at hand throughout the Auction to ensure the attendees enjoy their day out. Please find attached a complete list of the 188 Lots. These include items ranging from Faceted stones, Faceting rough, Slabs, Cabochons and Opal rough to Specimens and Rock rough. We hope you may find something to interest you in this diverse collection.
