He has also co-authored a chapter titled A Review of Good Soldier Activity in Organizations in the book Handbook on Organisational Citizenship Behavior. Sanjay Kallapur Professor, Deputy Dean, Faculty and Research Area Accounting Sanjay Kallapur teaches valuation and financial accounting. Prior to joining the ISB, he was a tenured Associate Professor at the Krannert School of Management, Purdue University. He has also taught at the University of Arizona, University of California at Irvine, the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and National University of Singapore. Professor Kallapur is a member of the American Accounting Association and was also an editor of The Accounting Review. R. Gopalakrishnan Independent Director R. Gopalakrishnan, Author and Corporate Advisor, has a distinguished career of being on the boards of leading companies, spanning across 25 years. He has served as Chairman of Unilever Arabia, as MD of Brooke Bond Lipton and Vice Chairman of Hindustan Lever. He has also been an ED of Tata Sons and several companies within the Tata group. He is an Independent Director on the boards of Akzo Nobel India, Castrol India and Hemas Holdings PLC, Sri Lanka. Mr. Gopalakrishnan is actively engaged in both instructional and inspirational speaking and has authored five books. Nawshir Mirza Independent Director Nawshir Mirza is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was associated with a member firm of EY Global in India from 1967 till his (early) retirement in April 2003 and worked in its Calcutta and Mumbai offices.
