6 OF EVANGELINE ANDERSEN A. My name is Evangeline Andersen, and my business address is Walnut Grove Avenue, Rosemead, California. Q. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. A. I am the Director of Financial and Contract Audits in the Audit Services Department at Southern California Edison. My responsibilities include supervising the planning and execution of audits of financial matters, power procurement, supply chain, and human resources. I also supervise the successful completion of management s testing of internal controls and fraud risk assessment to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Finally, I provide testing and support for our ethics and compliance groups. A. I have 1 years of accounting and finance experience, with a particular emphasis on financial reporting and internal controls. Prior to joining Southern California Edison, I held accounting and finance roles with Edison Mission Energy, an independent power producer owned by Edison International, Kilroy Realty Corporation, a publicly traded real estate investment trust, and Vendare Media, an internet advertising firm. I began my accounting career in the Los Angeles office of Deloitte and Touche. I received a Bachelors of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance from Tulane University and a Master s Degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California. I am a Certified Public Accountant Inactive. A. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. A. I am a Principal Manager in the Customer Programs and Services division of SCE s Customer Service Business Unit. I am responsible for the design, development, and implementation of customer programs and services. A. I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. I have worked at SCE for over 0 years in a variety of leadership and project management positions in Consumer Affairs, Customers Service Operations, Customer Program Development, Transmission and Distribution, Business Planning, and Employee Training. A. The purpose of my testimony in this proceeding is to sponsor all portions denoted in the Table of Contents of Exhibits SCE-0 and SCE-0, Volume 1.

9 OF AMIR ANGHA A. My name is Amir Angha, and my business address is Walnut Grove Avenue, Rosemead, California. Q. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. A. I am the Principal Manager of Enterprise Risk Management and Control in SCE s Finance organization. In this position, I am responsible for identifying, measuring, monitoring, and reporting enterprise risks. I am also responsible for developing a company-wide framework for risk-informed decisions-making process. I have held this position since June, 01. A. I hold Bachelor s and Master s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles ( UCLA ) and Management Development from UCLA Anderson School of Management. I have over twelve years of experience at SCE. Prior to my current role as the Principal Manager of Enterprise Risk Management and Control, I worked as the Principal Advisor of Energy Procurement Policy Analysis and the Manager of Natural Gas Planning. Prior to that, I held Senior Project Management positions in the Transmission Planning and Portfolio Development groups. I started at SCE as a business analyst in the Resource Planning and Strategy department in 00. A. The purpose of my testimony in this proceeding is to sponsor portions of Exhibit SCE-0, Volume, entitled Administrative & General (A&G) - Financial Services, Audits and Enterprise Risk Management as identified in the Table of Contents thereto.

11 OF ZANKU ARMENIAN A. My name is Zanku Armenian, and my business address is Walnut Grove Ave., Rosemead, CA. Q. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. A. I am presently the Director of Public Affairs within the Government Affairs organization for Southern California Edison (SCE). I manage external outreach and public engagement efforts on major company and policy issues, working with 00 local and regional governments and community stakeholders throughout SCE s service territory. I am also a senior member of the company s emergency preparedness and crisis response teams. A. In addition to my experience at SCE in my role with the Local Public Affairs organization, I also previously served in a leadership capacity in SCE s Corporate Communications organization. Overall, I have three decades of experience leading public affairs campaigns and communications strategies for major corporations, governments and high-profile issues working out of Washington, DC, Silicon Valley, and southern California. Prior to SCE, I worked at the Motion Picture Association of America leading communications programs. Before that, I was Senior Vice President and Western Region General Manager with Brodeur Worldwide, a global technology public relations firm, having established Brodeur s Washington, D.C. office earlier. In Washington, I worked with many different industry sectors as a founding member of the public affairs firm Powell Tate, established by President Jimmy Carter s press secretary Jody Powell and First Lady Nancy Reagan s press secretary Sheila Tate. I also held positions with global public relations firm Burson-Marsteller. I am a graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia with a B.A. in Communication and a secondary concentration in government and politics. I also have advanced certificates from Harvard Business School Executive Education s Authentic Leadership Development Program and from the Federal Emergency Management Administration s (FEMA) Emergency Management Institute with certificates in the National Incident Management System (NIMS), the

12 crisis management system sponsored and organized by FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). A. 13 OF ADEBOLA AYORINDE A. My name is Adebola Bola Ayorinde, and my business address is Innovation Way, Pomona, California, 1. Q. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. A. I am the Director of Central Design and Field Accounting (CD&FA) within Southern California Edison Company s Transmission and Distribution Business Unit (T&D). CD&FA is responsible for the design of the electrical distribution system and the field accounting activities, including facilitation of material management for field crews and work order closure. CD&FA is comprised of four organizations - Technical Design, New Development Planning, Design Support and Field Accounting. Activities in these areas include detailed engineering designs and work order preparation for technically complex capital work, new residential development, select commercial projects, applicant design reviews, process governance, oversight and education and work order closure, timekeeping, record correction and material management. A. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, Nigeria, a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from California State University, Northridge, California and a Master of Science degree in Public Administration also from California State University, Northridge, California. I also completed the Executive Management program from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles. I joined Southern California Edison in 1 and have held a variety of technical, project and leadership positions in the Transmission and Distribution organization. I became the Director of Central Design and Field Accounting in September 01.

15 OF DOUGLAS R. BAUDER A. My name is Douglas Bauder, and my business address is Walnut Grove Avenue, Rosemead, CA. Q. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. A. I presently serve as Vice President, Operational Services and chief procurement officer for Southern California Edison (SCE). In this role, I am responsible for the strategic direction of Operational Services, including corporate security, supply chain management, supplier diversity and development, transportation services, corporate safety, environmental services, business resiliency, and corporate real estate. As chief procurement officer, I oversee purchasing of services and materials in excess of $ billion annually to support the company s goals to provide safe, reliable, affordable, and clean energy. A. I hold a bachelor s degree in engineering from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas, and served as a United States Naval Submarine Officer in Norfolk, Virginia. I am also a graduate of Edison International s Executive Edge Program. Prior to my current position, I served as vice president and station manager for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) where I was responsible for providing oversight of day-to-day plant activities associated with the operation and maintenance of the plant, security, training, engineering, procurement, and the implementation of major projects. Before joining SCE in 00, I served as the plant general manager for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant in Maryland. During my 0 years at Calvert Cliffs, I led all aspects of plant management and implemented a site excellence plan and standard integrated program that directly contributed to improved business performance functions. A. The purpose of my testimony in this proceeding is to sponsor Exhibit SCE-0, Information Technology (IT) Volume Capitalized Software and Exhibit SCE-0, Volume 0, entitled OS Corporate Security, as identified in the Table of Contents thereto.

17 OF MARK BENNETT A. My name is Mark Bennett, and my business address is Walnut Grove Avenue, Rosemead, California. Q. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. A. As of June 1, 01, I hold the position of Director, Total Rewards and Services in the Human Resources operating unit. In that position, my responsibilities include oversight of the employee benefits function, compensation, occupational health and wellness and HR services, which includes the HR call center, a group to ensure that HR data in our systems is accurate and the processing of onboarding/offboarding. My duties for employee benefits involves benefit plan competitive review and design; benefit program management and administration; coordination of the SCE and EIX Benefit Committee activities; collective bargaining for benefit-related matters; and legislative monitoring and development of policy positions. For compensation, it is to work with executive management to help set the company's total compensation philosophy. For other areas, I help set the strategic direction and ensure that policies, programs and issues that fall under my management are implemented or addressed timely and accurately. Prior to my current appointment, I held the position of Director, HR Operations. In that capacity, I had responsibility for all of the above, as well as for HR s technology integration, compliance, regulatory, and workforce analytics functions. A. In terms of my educational background, in 1, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. My undergraduate major was business management. In 1, I graduated with a Masters in Business Administration in Human Resources Management, again from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. In 00, I achieved my professional designation as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). This designation is co-sponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In 0, I achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation. This designation is sponsored by the HR Certification Institute. As to my professional experience, in June 00, I 1

18 joined Southern California Edison as the Manager of Benefits Policy and Planning, which was primarily involved in the development of benefits strategy for the Company. In April 00, I assumed responsibility over both strategic development of the Company s benefit plans and policies as well as the administration of its employee benefit programs. In June 01, I assumed interim responsibility over the Company s compensation and benefits areas, as well as the HR employee call center. In June 01, I continued responsibilities over compensation and benefits, but also assumed responsibility over the Occupational Health and Wellness and Disability Management areas. In September 01, I was promoted to the position of Director, HR Operations. During my tenure at SCE, I have managed the redesign and administration of the Health & Welfare plans, the Edison 01(k) Savings Plan and the retiree health care programs; and represented the Company in collective bargaining of (or provided assistance with) the negotiation of multiple benefits agreements. Prior to joining SCE, I was the HR Operations Manager at IndyMac Bank (which included management of the Benefits, Payroll, Records and HRIS Departments), Benefits Director at EarthLink, Inc., HR Director for InterDent, LLC, Benefits Manager at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Vice President-Benefits for H.F. Ahmanson & Company. In total, I have more than years of experience in human resources and employee benefits. A. 19 OF DAVID BERNAUDO A. My name is David Bernaudo, and my business address is Walnut Grove Avenue, Rosemead, California. Q. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. A. I am the Principal Manager for the Meter Services Organization in the Customer Service Operating Unit (CSOU). I am responsible for maintaining the integrity of SCE s electrical metering system and delivering field-based customer service to SCE s customers. The Meter Services Organization includes meter technicians, field service representatives, revenue protection investigators, and support personnel. A. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management degree from Villanova University and am a FEMA certified Planning Chief. I joined SCE in and have over 0 years of utility experience. I have held various positions within metering throughout my career, including positions as a Meter Technician, Meter Shop Supervisor, Field Test Supervisor, Manager of Direct Access Metering Operations, Manager of Revenue Protection, and Manager of Meter Engineering Meter Shop. I have been in my current position since 01. A. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company (SCE). A. I am the Director of Transmission for Southern California Edison s Transmission, Substations and Grid Operations (TS&O) organization. Transmission is responsible for all activities related to the construction, inspection, and maintenance of transmission and sub-transmission facilities. A. Over the past years, I have served as a Groundman, Lineman, Senior Patrolman, Construction Foreman, Transmission Estimator, Transmission Design Manager, Transmission Asset Manager, Region Manager in the Distribution Business Line, and the Director of Transmission. I have served as the Director since January, 01. Prior to joining SCE in, I worked in construction and in drilling oil wells. I am currently pursuing a bachelor degree in Organizational Management. 22 OF TIMOTHY JAMES BOUCHER A. My name is Timothy James Boucher, and my business address is Rivergrade Road, Irwindale, CA. Q. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. A. I am the Director of IT Business Integration and Delivery (BID) for Southern California Edison (SCE). I oversee the planning, demand management, delivery, and optimization of technology products and services to the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) operation unit. A. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola Marymount University Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from California Polytechnic University Pomona. Prior to my current role, I was the acting director of Business Process and Technology Integration for T&D, responsible for translating SCE s operating vision into a comprehensive set of technology and process improvement initiatives. Prior to that I held senior management positions in Business Planning and Benchmarking, Transmission and Distribution Regulatory. I joined SCE in 1 in the Procurement and Material Management department working on Strategic Sourcing Initiatives. Prior to joining SCE, I worked in the aerospace industry as a senior manager in the Procurement organization where I managed large, technically complex contracts with vendors. A. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. A. I serve as a Project Manager for the Treasurer s department focusing on escalation and economic services. My present responsibilities include applying economic and financial analysis to regulatory issues and for internal corporate purposes. A. I received a Bachelor s degree in Economics from San Diego State University and a Master s degree in Economics from California State University at Fullerton. Prior to joining SCE I was an Econometrician for Xactware Software (1 1) and an Economist for the Regional Economic Studies Institute (1 1). In 1 I joined SCE as a Project Manager focusing on electric market deregulation. At SCE, I have served as a Project Manager in various departments including Customer Service, Human Resources, Transmission and Distribution, Controller s, and Treasurer s. I am also a Professor of Economics at California State University Fullerton. A. 26 OF CARLOS CARAZO A. My name is Carlos Carazo, and my business address is Rivergrade Road, Irwindale, California Q. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. A. I am the Director of Grid Services within the Information Technology (IT) organizational unit of Southern California Edison (SCE). Grid Services designs, engineers, installs, operates, reports, and maintains the voice, data, and telecommunications networks for SCE. This division manages, operates, and maintains SCE s communication network to ensure the communication infrastructure is available hours a day, days a year. Grid Services is also responsible for SCE s SCADA systems. A. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. I joined SCE in 1 as a part-time business trainee in the Network Installations department within IT, and became a full-time Desktop Support Manager in 1. Other positions I ve held within IT include Project Manager for several highprofile projects. In 000, I became the Manager of Telecommunication Special Projects, and in 00, the Manager of Telecommunications Advanced Technology Planning and Client Services. In 00, I became General Manager of Network Services within IT Operations. In 0, I became Director of Network and Telecommunications Services within IT Infrastructure Services; I presently hold the same position, however, the name of the department has been changed to Grid Services. A. The purpose of my testimony in this proceeding is to sponsor the portions of SCE-0, Volume 1, Information Technology (IT) O&M and Hardware, as identified in the Table of Contents. 1

Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. A. I am the Director of Business Integration & Delivery Enterprise in Information Technology at Southern California Edison (SCE). I oversee the planning, demand management, delivery, and optimization of technology products and services to the Enterprise. A. I received my B.S., Business Administration and Hotel/Restaurant Management from California State Polytechnic University Pomona in. I joined SCE in 01. Before joining SCE, my more recent positions included Information Technology Executive at Ciber from 00 to 01, Director of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and CRM at Lennar from 00 to 00, Director of Infrastructure, Technical and Network Services at Fleetwood Enterprises from 00 to 00. Effective August 1, 01, I assumed the position of Director for Technology Delivery & Maintenance. A. The purpose of my testimony in this proceeding is to sponsor the portions of: SCE-0, Information Technology (IT) Volume 1 O&M and Hardware, and Information Technology (IT) Volume Capitalized Software, as identified in the Table of Contents.

Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. A. I am presently responsible for the Finance Group at San Onofre and for Palo Verde Oversight and Finance. A. I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Administration. I have been employed at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station since June 1 and was hire as a Southern California Edison employee in December 1. I have held a number of technical and supervisory positions in Maintenance and a number of management positions in Finance while in the Power Supply Organizational Unit. A. The purpose of my testimony in this proceeding is to sponsor Exhibit SCE-, Volume 1 entitled Nuclear, Chapters I IV, as identified in the Table of Contents thereto. A. 30 OF MARK W. CHILDS A. My name is Mark W. Childs, and my business address is Walnut Grove Avenue, Rosemead, California Q. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. A. I am the Director of Tax for Southern California Edison Company. In this capacity, I am responsible for managing and directing all of the tax accounting and tax regulatory functions for the Company including all tax matters in the CPUC rate filings made by the Company. A. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pepperdine University. I joined the Southern California Edison Company in 0 and was then promoted to my current role shortly after joining the Company. Prior to joining the Company, I spent sixteen years with Mattel, Inc. most recently as the Senior Director of Tax. My primary responsibilities there included the tax implementation and continued compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley as well as managing and directing all of the tax accounting functions. A. The purpose of my testimony in this proceeding is to sponsor those portions of Exhibit SCE-0, Volume 1 and Volume entitled Results of Operations Plant and Reserve; Depreciation Expense; Taxes; Rate Base; Working Cash, as identified in the Tables of Contents thereto.

Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company (SCE). A. I am a Project Manager II within the Power Supply Department. My responsibilities include the preparation of information and documentation to support regulatory filings, data requests, and business analyses. A. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University in 1. I joined SCE s Northern Hydroelectric Division in 0. In my initial position as a Project Manager I, I managed construction projects for SCE s Northern Hydroelectric Division. In September of 01, I transferred from the Northern Hydro Division to the Energy Compliance & Cost Recovery Division, assuming my current position as a Project Manager II. A. The purpose of my testimony in this proceeding is to sponsor SCE-0 Power Supply Vol., Hydro O&M and Capital, and accompanying workpapers, as well as two portions of SCE-0 Information Technology (IT) Volume Capitalized Software, as identified in the table of contents thereto. 32 OF DON DAIGLER A. My name is Don Daigler, and my business address is 1 Rush Street, Rosemead, CA. Q. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. A. I am the Director of Business Resiliency under the Operational Services Organizational Unit (OU). I am responsible for Southern California Edison's overall Business Resiliency activities. I also manage the company s emergency management functions for all hazards facing the company s business lines, facilities, and people and lead the development and implementation of corporate Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans. A. I have a BS in Liberal Studies with an educational focus on Health Physics and have more than 0 years of experience in the areas of national security and emergency management. My career includes years of service in the federal government, where I have held several senior leadership positions, both in the field and at the policy level in Washington, D.C. Immediately prior to joining SCE, I was the Response Planning Director for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), where I led all national and regional response planning activities and was the planning lead during several large scale disasters, such as hurricanes Sandy, Isaac, and Irene.
