1 David Revcolevschi Partner, Corporate Department David Revcolevschi is a partner in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the Paris office. His practice focuses on securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and more generally on the issues faced by publicly listed companies. Mr. Revcolevschi notably draws on his French and international background and transaction experience to bridge differences between parties with different cultures on cross-border and international deals. Mr. Revcolevschi has advised on more than 25 IPO projects and has extensive experience in equity and equity-linked securities offerings, representing issuers, underwriters, and shareholders. His international experience includes cross-border transactions in France, Europe, China, and the MENA.
