GIROD Professor and thought leader in Strategy and Business Competitiveness at IMD since September 2016 His research, executive development and consulting interest is the formulation and execution of strategy to restore or enhance firms competitiveness in complex, digital and (de)globalizing environments Previous career: Assistant Professor of Strategy and International Business at the Henley Business School. Research Fellow in Strategy and Organization of the Accenture Institute for High Performance Several international development roles for markets such as France, Italy and the Middle-East in leading luxury goods companies Professor Girod earned a Ph.D from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, an MBA from Aalto University and an M.Sc from Toulouse Business School. He was also a visiting scholar at Indiana University.

Previous positions: President and CEO of both Finn-Power Oy (machine tools) and previously HBPO (front end modules for the automotive industry). 11 HENRIK DAHL First employee of Eniram from January 2005, CEO since March Henrik has been responsible for raising over EUR 10M of funding, building the international sales network of the company, and taking the company from an early stage start-up to the leading energy management company in the marine sector. Entrepreneurial background, his experience before Eniram includes managing an early-stage software startup and working in the field of business analytics & consulting. Studied in Helsinki University of Technology Eniram is today the global market leader in offering energy management technology solutions to reduce fuel consumption and emissions for the maritime industry. Its headquarters are in Helsinki, Finland, with operations in the UK, the USA, Germany and Singapore. Wärtsilä acquired Eniram 2016
