Brown Jr. in December Previous to her position with the California Environmental Protection Agency, Aimee was a partner at Allotrope Partners, where she worked on early stage low carbon investment opportunities. From , she worked as an international climate change policy analyst at the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Foreign Affairs, helping to establish their Directorate of Energy and Climate Change. Aimee advised the Directorate on international climate change policy, including the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change negotiations and the UN Conference on Sustainable Development. Prior to that, Aimee served as a policy advisor to the United Kingdom Department of Energy and Climate Change in their Strategy Directorate from 2009 to From 2007 to 2009, Aimee was the senior manager for U.S. regulatory affairs at EcoSecurities, and from she worked as the coordinator of California advocacy and Latino outreach and as a senior land attorney assistant at the Natural Resources Defense Council. In this position she worked on environmental policy advocacy in California, and supported the launch of NRDC s bespoke Spanish language website, La Onda Verde. Aimee holds a degree in Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College, and a Master of Public Administration degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University s School of International and Public Affairs. David Cadman President of ICLEI Local Governments for Sustainability and member of the World Mayors Council on Climate Change As President of ICLEI, Mr. Cadman has represented Local Government internationally at the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development and the Conferences of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate

Representing the Local Government community, ICLEI s municipal membership, but also as motivational speaker, he has spoken at countless international congresses and conferences worldwide. David Cadman was Councillor of the City of Vancouver BC, Canada, for three terms. He was first elected in 2002, and re-elected in 2005 and He served for six years as a Councillor with the Coalition of Progressive Electors (COPE). He represented Vancouver on the Greater Vancouver Regional District and Metro Vancouver Board of Directors, serving on both the Land Use & Transportation; and Environment & Energy committees. He also served on the Translink Board of Directors where he chaired the Finance Committee. He represented Vancouver as a board member of the United Nations-initiated International Association of Peace Messenger Cities. David W. Cash Commissioner, Department of Environmental Protection, Massachusetts David W. Cash was appointed on March 26, 2014 as Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) by Governor Deval Patrick and his Secretary of Energy and Environmental Affairs, Richard K. Sullivan Jr. Dr. Cash brings to MassDEP a wealth of experience in environmental, energy and regulatory sectors. He most recently held the position of Commissioner at the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU) where he helped lead efforts to modernize the grid, expand the deployment of energy efficiency and renewable energy, and empower customers in their energy decisions. Prior to his work at the DPU, Dr. Cash was the Undersecretary for Policy in the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA). He was one of the architects of clean energy legislation and implementation in the first term of the Patrick Administration, including the Green Communities Act, the Global Warming Solutions Act, the Green Jobs Act and the Clean Energy Biofuels Act. As part of this work, he led the Secretariat's effort in developing the Massachusetts Clean Energy and Climate Plan for Prior to working for the Commonwealth, Dr. Cash was a research associate at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and a Lecturer in Environmental Science and Public Policy. He also taught science in the Amherst, Massachusetts public schools from He received a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the Kennedy School at Harvard in 2001, and a B.S. in biology from Yale University in 1987.
3 Paul Dickinson Executive Chairman of the Carbon Disclosure Project Paul Dickinson is the Executive Chairman of the Carbon DisclosureProject (CDP), an independent non-profit organization providing primary corporate climate change information. CDP serves as a system through which organizations and businesses disclose their greenhouse gas emissions and climate change strategies. CDP subsequently uses this data in order to help shape financial and policy decisions with the mission of motivating investors, corporations, and governments to prevent dangerous climate change. This goal is accelerated by CDP s initiatives to unify corporate CEO s, investors, and political leaders to take action against climate change. As the only global climate change reporting system, CDP is an essential resource in making effective policy decisions. Paul Dickinson is also founder and Chair of EyeNetwork. Europe s largest video conference booking service, and prior to founding CDP, founded and built Rufus Leonard, into a multimillion turnover corporate communications company. Amy Ericson U.S. Country President, Alstom Ericson was appointed Alstom's U.S. Country President in September 2013 and oversees the company's engagement with U.S. policy stakeholders while directly supporting its pursuit of new business opportunities in the areas of thermal and renewable power generation, rail transit, and electricity transmission and distribution. Christiana Figueres Executive Secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Christiana Figueres was appointed as the new Executive Secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) by UN Secretary-General Ban Kimoon in 2010, and was reappointed for a second three year term in July Ms. Figueres has been involved in climate change negotiations since Initially a member of the Costa Rican negotiating team, she was also a member of the Executive Board of the Clean Development Mechanism.
4 Dirk Forrister President and CEO of IETA Dirk Forrister is President and CEO of IETA. Previously, he was Managing Director at Natsource. Earlier in his career, Mr. Forrister served as Chairman of the White House Climate Change Task Force in the Clinton Administration. Prior to that, he was Assistant U.S. Secretary of Energy for Congressional, Public and Intergovernmental Affairs; and legislative counsel to Congressman Jim Cooper. He was also Energy Program Manager at Environmental Defense Fund. Barbara Hendricks Federal Environment Minister for Germany Barbara Hendricks is the Minister for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety since December She has been a Member of the German Bundestag since 1994, and was a Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Finance from 1998 to Dr. Hendricks was a member of the Executive Committee of the SPD (Social Democratic Party of Germany) from 2001 to 2013, and served as the Federal Treasurer of the Party in She holds a PhD in history. David Heurtel Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Fight against Climate Change, Quebec First elected in 2013, David Heurtel has been the Québec Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Fight against Climate Change since April He is also a member of the Québec Treasury Board and the Economic and Sustainable Development Committee, making him a key player in advising the government on transitioning to a green economy and to a society more resilient to climate change impacts. Prior to his political career, Mr. Heurtel was President and CEO of the Montréal Olympic Park from 2011 to He previously held management positions in the fields of culture,
5 communications and public affairs both in Québec including within the Just For Laughs group and in the United States. Charles O. Holliday Jr. Chairman of Bank of America Mr. Holliday is chairman of Bank of America and former Chairman, former Chief Executive Officer and a former director of E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (DuPont). He is Chairman Emeritus of the U.S. Council on Competitiveness and Chairman of the Business Roundtable's Task Force for Environment, Technology and Economy. Nathaniel Keohane Vice President at Environmental Defense Fund Nathaniel Keohane is a Vice President at Environmental Defense Fund, where he leads EDF s International Climate program and helps to shape the organization s advocacy for environmentally effective and economically sound climate policy. Nat s areas of expertise include U.S. and international climate and energy policy, the economic impact of climate change, the benefits and costs of reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and the design and performance of cap- and- trade programs and other policy instruments. Rachel Kyte Vice President and special envoy for climate change of the World Bank Group Rachel Kyte is the World Bank Group's vice president and special envoy for climate change. She oversees work on climate change adaptation, mitigation, climate finance, and disaster risk and resilience across the institutions of the World Bank Group, including IBRD, IDA, IFC and MIGA. The climate group is focused on ensuring that all Bank Group operations integrate climate change and take into account the opportunities that inclusive green growth presents. The group is also an advocate for global climate action.
6 Joe Martens Commissioner, Department of Environmental Conservation, New York State As Commissioner of DEC since March 2011, Joseph Martens leads the agency in implementing its core statutory mission to protect public health and the environment. In doing so, Commissioner Martens led the agency s response in the aftermath of the 2011 summer storms and Superstorm Sandy in This work continues through DEC s partnerships with state, local and federal governments to expedite recovery efforts and help communities restore and rehabilitate the state s waterways. In addition, Commissioner Martens oversees implementation of the NY Works Program to repair, rebuild and enhance DEC s flood control projects and dams and to support important coastal erosion projects. Commissioner Martens has also streamlined agency processes to further Governor Cuomo s efforts to grow jobs and support sustainable economic growth. Commissioner Martens serves as co-chair of the governor s Energy Highway Task Force. From 1998 through 2010, Commissioner Martens served as president of the Open Space Institute, directing and overseeing land acquisition, sustainable development, historic preservation and farmland protection.
