4 February 14, 2011 To Whom It May Concern: I ve known Renee Ranson for about 10 years and have always known her to be a very nice person. When Renee went to work for Eiche,Mapes & Co., I trained her to run title and complete runsheet packages. Out of the three people I have trained over the years, Renee caught on the quickest and ran with it. It seemed to come natural to her and with her experience platting at the appraisal district is a big plus and advantage when it comes to running title. Companies were cutting back when Renee was let go and unfortunately she was one of them. Renee has a lot of experience in different areas due to her past employment history and I feel she would do a good job at anything she is giving the opportunity to do.
