3 Joe Corbett, Project Engineer Company Profile Joe is a Petroleum Engineer with 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry. He has vast experience in CBM evaluations through his past employment with Welldog, a company which measures critical desorption pressure and gas content for the CBM industry. Before working with Welldog, Joe was employed by Schlumberger for 22 years. While employed with Schlumberger, Joe held various positions including Field Engineer, Senior Sales Engineer, Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, and Oilfield Services Sales Coordinator focusing on the Northern Rockies. He gained experience in log analysis, pressure transient analysis, cementing operations, and artificial lift while at Schlumberger. Recently, Joe has worked as project manager for Wold Oil Properties developing one of the highest producing CBM fields in the Powder River Basin. This project included the supervision of drilling, completions, workovers, and infrastructure installation. He has also supervised horizontal and vertical well completions and workovers throughout Wyoming. Joe has a B.S. in Geological Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines & Technology Carmen Goodman, P.E., Environmental Coordinator Carmen is a professional Civil Engineer and has 17 years experience in the industry. She has been involved in all facets of permitting, implementation, and monitoring of water discharge operations in Wyoming. She has established working relationships with the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (WOGCC), and the State Engineer s Office (SEO) in Wyoming. Her professional license enables her to prepare bonding documents for reservoirs as well as other documents that require a Professional Engineer s certification. Carmen has also been involved in several Phase One Environmental Assessments. She prepares Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC) required by the EPA for oil and gas operations. She also performs Federal POD and State APD oil and gas permitting all around Wyoming including horizontal well applications and well exception location applications.

4 Laura Chipperfield, Production Accountant/Production Technician Laura has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and thirteen years experience in the oil and gas industry. Her capabilities include all facets of production accounting including revenue distribution, joint interest billing, and production reporting. Laura is also well versed in all types of permitting for both the WOGCC and BLM, as well as preparation of DMR reporting for the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality. Cameron Corbett, Petroleum Landman Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphases in Finance and Management from Colorado Christian University. He also holds a Professional Land Management Certificate from the University of Houston-Downtown. Cameron conducts mineral research, leasehold analysis, composes and verifies title chains, and reviews agreements as part of the due diligence process for oil and gas acquisitions and divestitures. He also has experience with federal unitization, nominations for state and federal minerals, and the entire abstracting process. Cameron is an active member of the Wyoming Association of Professional Landmen.
