ONE MINUTE FROM ANNEX/5TH DCA, THREE MINUTES FROM FOXMAN JUSTICE CENTER 123 Live Oak Avenue, Daytona Beach Reception area, secretarial pool, complete kitchen and break room. Available for attorneys, accountants, CPA's Private Investigators. Ask for Managing Partner at My Pro Bono Volunteer Experience Kevin Vagovic, Esq. I have been volunteering at the CLSMF pro bono walk-in clinic since I opened my practice in October When I first started, I was able to sit in with a volunteer attorney to see how the process works. The clinic runs every Wednesday and services indigent clients in Volusia and Flagler Counties. I have been able to serve clients and provide legal advice on issues concerning landlord/tenant, contracts, home ownership and HOAs, and family law, including dissolution of marriage, child custody, and paternity issues. The meeting runs like a basic consultation, with the attorney providing legal advice on the client's specific issue(s). For many family law cases, I will also assist the client in preparing the initial forms. Most of the clients appreciate my time and the help and advice I give them, because they truly need it and cannot afford to retain a lawyer. Join me on October 26 at CLSMF for the Pro Bono Legal Advice Clinic and help someone in our community.
