Baltimore Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74119, Telephone ( It is the owner of oil and gas leasehold interests within the common sources of supply described below as each lies beneath Section 36, Township 7 North, Range 12 East, P ittsburg County, Oklahoma. The parties being made respondents to this application are set out on the Exhibit "A" attached hereto. 2. ALLEGATION OF FACTS : (A The Corporation Commission has issued Pool ing Order No and corrected that order by Order Nunc Pro Tunc No The Corporation Commission also entered Pooling Order No Those orders pooled oil and gas rights in the Savanna, Upper Booch, Middle Booch, Lower Booch, Hartshorne, Atoka, Wapanucka and Cromwell common sources of supply underly ing Section 36, Township 7 North, Range 12 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. Lariat Petroleum, Inc. was designated as unit operator. (B Tag Team Resources, LLC is interested in proposing and drilling wells in the Ha rtshorne common source of supply in said Section 36. Those wells would be considered as subsequent wells under the terms of the orders described above. (C Applicant desires to amend the orders described above to designate Tag Team Resources, LLC as unit operator for the drilling of wells in the Ha rtshorne common source of supply underlying Section 36, Township 7 North, Range 12 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. Lariat Petroleum, Inc. to remain as unit operatorforthe initial unit well and subsequent wells in other than the Hartshorne common source of supply. 3. Baltimore Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74119, as the operator for wells in the Ha rtshorne common source of supply. Lariat Petroleum, Inc. to remain as unit operator for the initial unit well and subsequent wells in other than the Ha rtshorne common source of supply.
