WEBB TO APPEAR PRO HAC VICE Pursuant to Fla. R. App. P and Judicial Administration Rule 2.061, Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P., as counsel for respondent Philip Morris USA Inc. ("PM USA"), moves for the admission pro hac vice of Dan K. Webb on the following grounds: 1. Mr. Webb is an attorney licensed to practice law in Illinois and is a member in good standing of the Bar of that State. 2. In the last five years Mr. Webb has obtained admission pro hac vice in the state courts of Florida in the following cases: R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. v. Engle, Case No (11th Judicial Circuit Court), motion granted September 15, 1999; R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. v. Engle, Case No (3d DCA), motion granted October 8, 1999; R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. v. Engle, Case No. 96,862 (Florida Supreme Court), motion granted November 16, Mr. Webb has never been disciplined in any manner and is not the subject of disciplinary proceedings pending in any jurisdiction. 4. Mr. Webb and Winston & Strawn LLP began their representation of PM USA in this matter in July Mr. Webb has studied all applicable provisions of the Judicial Administration Rules and the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, and this verified motion complies with those rules. 6. Norman A. Coll (Fla. Bar No ) and the law firm of Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P., Miami Center, 201 S. Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 2400, Miami, Florida, 33131, agree to act as
