1 January 1, 2011 Contact: Allison Milionis Cell: MOD ZERO To Be UNVEILED At NAMM 2011 The new MOD ZERO is the latest guitar effects creation by Portland Oregon boutique designer Jack Deville Electronics. MOD ZERO is the all-in-one box that creates all types of modulation and some special "holy grail" tones that players have chased for years. Jack Deville has managed to get all your favorite tones into this one box. No need to lug the rack gear and relics. MOD ZERO is a 100% analog modulation box that features vintage and modern takes on famous and unheard sounds. Includes: True Through Zero Flanging Pitch Shifting Vibrato Vintage and Modern Chorus Filter Matrix Leslie Rotating Speaker Jet Flanging, Phasing, and more. MOD ZERO utilizes two of our Click-Less True-Bypass Switching systems for two modes of operation and a unique dry/wet control that enables the user to dial in any modulation tone on the fly. There are six analog controls on the face of this petite enclosure. (3.7"W x 4.7"D 1.4"H) All input/output/dc jacks are on the top face of the enclosure to accommodate cramped pedalboard layouts. 2 Dark Echo Continues to be a Jack Deville Electronics Favorite "I love the Dark Echo. It's a very special form of delay. I love the way it washes like a wave over the sound." -Adrian Belew Hand built by Jack Deville with consultation from guitarist, Cameron Morgan, the Dark Echo is a small compact delay utilizing a digital echo processor with a fully analog dry signal path and analog support circuitry. It features the highest quality components, true bypass switching, pure analog signal path, and a high attention to aesthetic detail and design. The Dark Echo is seductive, sweet and glistening. We describe it as the perfect combination of the Maestro Echoplex, Roland Space Echo, and EH Deluxe Memory Man tucked into the size of a small MXR Hammond bud box. The Dark Echo sounds like the classics but with more flavors and modern versatility. Most delays are bright and tight on the repeats but the Dark Echo gets darker and the repeats get slightly looser. Some of the tones this little pedal can achieve are swampy 60's plate reverb, Elvis/Johnny Cash rockabilly slapback, airy light chorus, slight de-tune/doubling, vintage echo-chorus as heard on the first U2 and Police records, to name a few. It can self oscillate in an infinite looping with no decay of the repeats.

3 BUZZMASTER: World s Quietest High-Gain Fuzz Pedal The coolest thing about the BUZZMASTER is that it s different than a Fuzzface, Tonebender, or Muff. It has a unique set of expressions and colors. It is also extremely quiet when you re not playing and very easy to control; while still sounding out-of-control, it you want it to sound that way. The next coolest thing is how well the BUZZMASTER is built; it feels and looks like it will last forever. Henry Kaiser Birthed from classic germanium fuzz circuit topography, the BUZZMASTER re-defines what is to be expected from a fuzz pedal. Discrete germanium design produces tones ranging from raunchy vintage overdrive to contemporary chewy-fur, even venturing into tight metal and doom territory, all while maintaining touch sensitivity, note attack and natural decay. 4 Click-Less True-Bypass System Allows Users to Modify Mass Market and Hand-Built Analog Effects One of most innovative products to come out of Jack Deville Electronics in 2010 is the Click-Less True-Bypass system, an ultra quiet "soft-touch" switch and relay driven signal path that insures maximum signal integrity and studio quiet operation. No more click, pop, or thump when engaging a favorite stomp; the Click-Less True-Bypass system is designed to quickly and easily convert both mass market and hand-built analog effects to quiet, reliable true bypass and create custom, studio-quiet true-bypass loopers. The Click-Less system allows for seamless integration into both hand-wired effects pedals and electronic switching systems (as found in many BOSS and Ibanez effects pedals). Installing the system doesn't interfere with stock appearance because there's no drilling required. Field tested in excess of 400,000 cycles, the Click-Less system is reliable and will outlast most pedal cases. Allows user to easily build his/her own custom true-bypass looper. A studio quiet switch is optional Although most users prefer to install their own systems, Jack Deville Electronics encourages dealers to become a "Mod Center," offering their customers the Click-Less systems as well as installation service.
