2 KINDERGARTEN RECOMMENDED SUPPLY LIST Parents, please check off the items that were placed inside the bag and return with your child s supplies. Be sure to LABEL EVERY ITEM WITH YOUR CHILD S NAME. Please bring the bag labeled with your child s name on the outside on the day of the Kindergarten orientation. The orientation will take place on August 18, 2017 at 1:00 in the cafeteria. After the presentation in the cafeteria, you will have the opportunity to drop off the supplies in your child s classroom. Thank you! Student Name Parent Signature 1 set of earbuds for use at computer time. Please place in a small Ziploc bag and label with your child s name. The teacher will keep the students earbuds and give out to the students only during computer time. 2 Primary composition notebooks. (Pages have an empty space at the top and lines at the bottom.) 2 composition notebooks 2 red plastic duo tang folder (two pockets and 3 fasteners in the center of the folder). Please label only 1 folder with your child s name on the front, upper right hand corner. 1 of each green, blue, and purple plastic duo tang folder 1 zippered pencil bag (no boxes, please) 2 pairs of blunt scissors 1-3 pack of Play-Doh 5 packs of # 2 sharpened pencils (preferably Ticonderoga Brand). Please place 3 sharpened pencils inside the child s supply bag. 6 boxes of crayons (24 count) Please place 1 box of crayons inside the child s supply bag. The crayons will be replaced every 9 weeks or as deemed necessary by the teacher. Please place all the items below in a Ziploc bag with your child s name on the outside: 3 packs of large glue sticks please place 1 glue stick inside the child s supply bag 3 packs of regular size glue sticks 2 packs of big white erasers please place 1 eraser inside the pencil bag Remaining 5 boxes of crayons Turn over
