The DRC has requested that you submit the following additional documentation: A plan and elevations of all four sides of the building that accurately represent what you propose to build. Specifications for all windows, vents, siding, roofing material, doors, and trim. These specifications need to include material, dimensions, and profiles (if applicable). The DRC also advised that all the doors will need to be solid wood in order to be appropriate for the Maywood Historic District. The DRC asked that you return to its March 6, 2019, meeting with the requested additional documentation.
