MODERN. 3 THERMALLY FUSED LAMINATES Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL) cabinet doors and drawer fronts are designed for durability, featuring an outer layer that resists chips, scratches and dents. Our 12 TFL choices, available in matte and textured woodgrains are easy to clean. TFL doors and drawer fronts are made with a medium density fiberboard core, featuring a durable, thermally-fused decorative overlay coating. THERMOFOILS Thermofoil styles are designed for the heavy-duty kitchen, bath or other room. Our selection of 10 Thermofoil choices range from high gloss colors, to solid and super matte colors, as well as textured and woodgrain matte options. Thermofoil styles are created with a heat-sealed polymer that forms over the carefully selected medium density fiberboard, providing a smooth surface, durability for daily wear and tear, and excellent stability. Alder can create both charm and drama in your home, and is ideal for drier climates. Infrequent, tight knots and pin holes are a part of the natural look of Alder. Available with 23 stains and glazes, and a clear finish option. CHERRY A luxurious choice for your home, moderately hard Cherry features warm color variation, which mellows with age adding character and grace. Cherry will vary from a light vanilla color to deep pink in its raw state, and become more red or copper in color when exposed to light. Pin holes, mineral streaks and sapwood are a part of the natural look of Cherry. Available with 23 stains and glazes, and a clear finish. MAPLE For a décor with minimal texture, Maple offers the beauty of a strong hardwood, featuring a more uniform appearance and tighter grain pattern. Mineral streaks are part of the natural look of Maple, varying in size and quantity, and appearing darker when stained. Maple styles will gradually amber or yellow over time. Siteline painted finishes are designed to ensure color consistency and durability for your home. Our painted finishes are comprised of pigment layers to create consistency of color, depth of finish, luster and long-term durability. It is important to understand that all woods lose and gain moisture over time, which results in shrinkage or expansion. Because durability requires hardness, stress lines can appear in painted cabinetry at the corners of doors and at cabinet joints. These lines will be magnified by painted finishes but do not affect the durability. DOMESTIC VENEER Domestic Veneers are created from slices of wood, showcasing variations of weather, soil content and growing seasons of the natural habitat. Slicing for our flat cut Domestic Veneers is done parallel to a line through the center of the log, the result is a combination of cathedral and straight grain patterns. Flat cut veneers are most often used to produce high quality architectural millwork, and are applied to medium density fiberboard. Domestic Veneers are not grain-flow-matched on doors and drawer fronts. Available in four fashionable options, and a variety of finishes. Consult your authorized Siteline dealer for more information. Alder Flat Cut Cherry Flat Cut Maple Flat Cut Red Oak Flat Cut RECONSTITUTED VENEER Reconstituted Veneers are high quality, re-engineered wood products made from fast-growing trees, harvested from environmentally managed forests in Africa, and supplemented with plantation-grown Poplar from Italy. The logs are trimmed, sawn to length, peeled and dried, then the veneer is dyed to produce the desired color. The dyed veneer is glued, stacked and pressed into large rectangular blocks which are sliced at precise angles to produce the desired grain patterns, then applied to medium density fiberboard. As with fabric, Reconstituted Veneers have dye lot differences in color and graining which is normal. The veneer is not grain-flow-matched on doors and drawer fronts.
