4 The Industry s Most Versatile Autosampler Vial Providing chromatographers with the solutions they need, MicroLiter offers autosampler vials with three closure options and two formats. Closure options include Screw Thread, Crimp Top and Snap Cap, while formats include standard 12 x 32mm and µlvials. AVAILABLE PACKAGING OPTIONS MicroLiter understands that autosampler vials and consumables must fit into the process flow. Thus, MicroLiter autosampler vials, caps, septa and inserts are available in a variety of formats, individually, component kits or assembled kits. Vials with Limited Volume Inserts installed decreases the prep time per sample. Component kits offer the convenience of one product number for the vial cap and septa. Components are packaged to work with the unique MicroLiter Dispenser. Assembled kits are shipped with the septa installed in the cap and the cap screwed on the vial. ALL VIALS ARE CLEANED All MicroLiter Vials are cleaned and repackaged in a certified Class 10,000 clean room, thus eliminating particulate contamination that occurs in standard post-production packaging and delivery.

5 SCREW THREAD OPTIONS 76-Series Vials MicroLiter s 76-Series Vials have a modified neck finish to allow for a more consistent vial transfer and decrease in autosampler error. Available in standard 12x32 format in both clear and amber Type 1 borosilicate glass. 9mm Vials MicroLiter s 9mm Screw Thread Vials offer excellent performance and are accepted throughout the industry. Providing a performance and design that match 11mm Crimp Top Vials, the 9mm vial offers the convenience and accessibility of a screw thread vial. Available in standard 12x32 format in clear and amber Type 1 borosilicate glass or polypropylene. CRIMP VIAL OPTIONS MicroLiter s 11mm Crimp Top Vials provide industry standard performance. Available in standard 12x32 format in clear and amber Type 1 borosilicate glass or polypropylene. Additionally, µlvials offer a 15uL volume funnel at the base, providing for injections with a consistent volume. SNAP CAP VIAL OPTIONS MicroLiter s SnapCap and SnapTins offer convenience and ease of use for highthroughput labs or those using less volatile samples. SnapTins were designed specifically for systems that use magnets for vial transport. Available in standard 12x32 format in clear and amber Type 1 borosilicate glass or polypropylene. INSERTS MicroLiter offers the inserts you need for your process flow: flat bottom, pulled point and plastic spring loaded. Sized to fit the inside diameter of the vial neck, MicroLiter inserts stay vertical in the vial and offer the maximum opening of any insert on the market. All inserts are manufactured of Type 1 borosilicate glass or 100% virgin medical grade polypropylene. Pulled-Point Inserts offer a consistent performance and prevent blunt-point syringe needles from sealing against the bottom of the insert, resulting in autosampler failure. The patented MicroLiter Plate Sampling System combines the right microplates, glass inserts, µlmat and /or caps with chromatography-based septa to provide secure vessels for even the most volatile of samples. The MicroLiter Plate Sampling System provides highthroughput solutions that function the same as standard chromatography vials. Security in a High-Throughput Format Available as either µlmat or individual snap caps, MicroLiter s patented mechanical closure system provides the septa or stopper solution required for even GC samples. A variety of available inserts means a solution that fits into your work flow. Accessories That Ease Sample Handling Polypropylene µlplate includes shallow, medium and deep wells, with both conical and round bottoms in either square or round formats. A variety of available closures allow for the stabilization of samples during runs and allow for samples to be resealed once injected if necessary. Mats are available with piercable EVA sample stabilizing configuration or as PTFE coated silicone as standard and pre-cut. Heating and cooling blocks with 96-well footprints can be used for dry-down and stabilization of samples, providing superior well-to-well consistency. Velcro straps hold a µlmat in place for pressure sensitive work flows. The µlmat Vise provides a secure seal of a µlmat to glass inserts.
