4 1. MISSION Passion, creativity and work ethic leads our mission to manufacture garments which reflect the value of the Italian craftsmanship

COMPANY PRESENTATION In December 2014 Fabrizio Ottaviano (C.E.O.) and Marco Ghisalberti founded FiloLogiko srl to take over the brand CAPOBIANCO and all the people and know how that made a successful story out of this brand. They welcomed the excellent project of Marco Lorenzi, founder and now Creative Director of the brand, who comes from a family of tailors for four generations and having a textile background, twentyseven years ago decided to continue his path opening a fashion design studio on behalf a third party, specialized in knitted fabric. Today, the company is composed of an internal staff of 20 people and ten trusted and certified outside workshops, for a total staff of 100 people. CAPOBIANCO, whose strong points are handcraft, practice and reliability of its manufacturing cycle entirely made in Italy, develops and produces both women s and men s collections after having developed the finest process in knitted fabric among the most important and appreciate Italian and International fashion brands. The constant materials research, the innovative processing techniques, the accuracy in the making of the products, makes CAPOBIANCO one of the world reference brand in its field.

ORGANIZATION AND PRODUCTION STRUCTURE FiloLogiko is set in a 1100 sq. m. building, where 20 people operate in different departments: Design, Technical Office, Prototype Department, Production Office, Quality Control, Warehouse Logistic, Sales and Administrative Office. Higher specialized internal and in part, due to the spread of the home brand, external staff manage the logistic and the quality control. The entire cycle from the design, the product industrialization, sampling, production management and the quality control is supervised internally by a higher qualified staff. We take care of every step in the realization of the product: from the creation of the sample and the finalizing of the prototype, to the production of the finished product. A group of specialized and trusted workshops ( more or less 100 people) is charged to produce the garments through every steps: cutting, confection, dyeing, ironing. The quality control is performed by specialized staff.
7 4. CAPOBIANCO NATURAL LIFESTYLE The great revival of handmade in Italy in harmony with nature. The sensuality of refined jersey comfortably protecting a body. The Craftsmen s heritage, individual luxury of time taken to achieve an unique garment. The return to value both durability and longuevity, consequently choosing substance over fast fashion. High quality jersey fabrics are fundamental starting point of interpreting the feel good philosophy behind CAPOBIANCO. Precious egyptian or soft peruvian cotton, cashmere or silk, - natural excellence unchanged in time, seasonally blended into innovative compositions at all times manifesting modern quality and style. The motivating happyness of a rich color range, either yarn- or garment dyed before being finished to perfection as surplus value in every collection. Classical lines becoming relevant. From precise cutting to ironing, from dyeing to finishing, every garment faithfully follows the tailoring spirit encapsulating the uniqueness of made in Italy. Each collection is characterized by hand finsishing of particular details and special techniques such as Teflon waterproof treatment, Mano cashmere finishing providing for special softness lasting in time. Every garment is a result of deep study and careful research about style, design and comfort. From the choice of fabric to the design of a model, from cutting to final tailoring, every step of creation is guided by an emphasis on comfort and great attention to detail. For these reasons every CAPOBIANCO piece is truly homemade and therefore Inherently made with love, clearly distinguishable, representing our genuine commitment to the well being of our clients. We are delighted to share our vision and thoughts, always looking at our project with fresh eyes. Ambitiously following our dreams, we passionately believe in the importance of rediscovering the value of time, inspired by its natural cycles, we try to embracie its suggestions in harmony. For it is our time to restore our own traditions, enthusiastically facing the future, working hard in order to create a one of a kind spirited product that is labeled CAPOBIANCO.

9 5. BRAND VALUES We do our best because in our garments nothing is left to chance. From fabric research to the care for the details and the precise study of vestibility versus design. Lead by experience, matured from many years, we strive for continuously improving the results of our work. Consequently and because of superb natural functions and advantages, most of our fine products are made from natural fibers. - HUMANISM Dignity and respect for human rights, the importance of collaborating, together sharing the experience advancing projects against all difficulties, resulting in the satisfaction to contribute to the creation of products that trigger emotions. - HEALTH Care for our prescious body, for our physical and mental well being, the attention to what we eat and to a healthy lifestyle is what we believe in. - JOY We get inspired by the fundamental Italian traditions food, music and art. As a result we want to produce pieces that lift emotions. For us colors, haptic touch, comfort and wear-ability are the inevitable points of authentic reference, leading us when we select creations for our collections.
