A wide variety of upholstery selections, poly colors, wood and metal finishes provides even further flexibility to customize for individual preferences and needs. For details regarding applicable surface and finish options, please refer to the listing within this guide. Upholstery options may also be selected from the QuickTime fabric card or, alternatively, Customer s Own Material (COM) is also accepted (lead-time begins upon receipt). Please note that additional upholstery may also be selected from our grade-in program; however, similar to COM, lead-time begins when fabric is received. To obtain additional information, including complete terms and conditions, warranty information and pricing, please refer to the master price list or contact Encore s Customer Service Department at (800) or customerservice@encoreseating.com. *10-day manufacturing program begins upon approval of purchase order. For orders specified with fabric not featured on the QuickTime fabric card, 10-day manufacturing begins upon receipt of fabric. No minimum quantities are required, however, please observe maximums where noted.
