2 Who We Are: North Rock Mining Solutions are a unique group of Canadian-based mining & geotechnical professionals, with decades of experience managing, engineering, and executing an exceptionally broad range of resource projects, worldwide. Our goal is to provide professional expertise, engineering capacity, and solutions, to help our clients achieve their enterprise objectives. Our professionals have extensive experience working at the production face, in the field operations office, and in the corporate boardroom. 3 Our Principals: North Rock Mining Solutions is directed by the following professionals: J. Roland Tosney, B.E., M.Sc., P.Eng. (SK, BC) Roland is a senior Professional Engineer and executive with twenty years of mining and resource sector experience. A College of Engineering graduate (B.E., M.Sc.) from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, he has since developed broad technical and leadership capabilities working on a wide-range of Canadian and international projects. Roland has extensive experience in both surface and underground geotechnics, design, and geoconstruction, and regularly provides technical and executive guidance resulting in safety and productivity improvements, and increased enterprise value. He serves as a Qualified Person for securities exchange filings, preliminary assessments, and pre-feasibility & feasibility studies. He is routinely engaged in permitting and regulatory compliance tasks, and has managed a variety of mining and resource sector projects at the exploration, development, construction, operation, and closure stages. Recent assignments include Discipline Specialist and Senior Technical Reviewer for the design, permitting, and construction phases of Pretium Resources 7.5 million oz.-au Brucejack project (2010- Present), Mining Geotechnical Engineer-of-Record during the C$765-million construction and development of New Gold s 11,000 tpd New Afton block caving operation ( ), and on-going provision of operational and strategic guidance to Claude Resources for safer and more profitable mining at the company s Seabee and Santoy operations (2013-Present). Roland operates JRT GeoEngineering, a specialist consultancy (2007-Present), is a Director of North Rock Mining Solutions, and since 2011 has served as a Director of a privately-held mining company with assets in development in southern British Columbia.

4 Lane Maxemiuk, B.E. Lane is a College of Engineering graduate (B.E. in geological engineering) from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. He has since acquired 20 years of experience in the mineral resource and construction industries in a variety of operational, engineering, and managerial roles throughout North America, South America, and Asia. Lane has worked at four operating underground mines from capital development to production, in the diamond, base metals, gold, and uranium sectors. He has served as a technical specialist in mine geotechnics, surface and underground grouting, and hydrogeology, and he has extensive water hazard management and risk mitigation experience. Complementing his technical experience, Lane is routinely engaged in resource evaluations, mining method evaluation and selection, mine productivity assessments and improvements, and mine design and planning tasks. He also has significant experience as a project manager, trainer, mentor, and director of technical teams. Recently Lane was engaged in completing a full-scope evaluation a well-known uranium deposit in northern Saskatchewan for one of the world s largest mining companies, with primary responsibility for the geotechnical and hydrogeological assessment and risk mitigation measures. Prior to this he was engaged as a Technical Specialist at Diavik Diamond Mines, where he was responsible for underground geotechnical and hydrogeological program management, and provided QA/QC services for jet and rock curtain grouting during construction of the primary water retention dyke. Lane is a Director and Managing Principal of North Rock Mining Solutions.

5 John Tosney, B.Sc. (Hons), M.Sc., P.Eng., FCIM John has over 50 years of full-scope mining engineering experience. Holding B.Sc. (Hons.) and M.Sc. degrees in Mining Engineering and Management Science, John has served as a Miner, Shift Boss, Engineer, Vice President and President, Executive Advisor and Consultant. John has substantial mine construction and operations management experience including mine decommissioning. He has industry-leading uranium mining experience, allied to many other minerals including gold, potash, coal, iron ore, copper and oil sands. John has provided leadership of complete study cycles, pre-feasibility to bankable. He has similar experience in environmental baseline studies, through assessment and licensing processes. John has previously held executive positions with Cameco (Vice President, Engineering ), Cigar Lake Mining (President ), and Areva Resources (Executive Vice President ). Recent clients include Areva Resources and Rio Tinto Exploration Canada. John has parallel capacity with First Nations and Metis relationships, organization development and leadership training. John has had Board Appointments with the Saskatchewan Research Council, Golden Band Resources and Mindoro Resources. He has related industry experience as a regional Chair, Peer Reviewer, and Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Mining, and is a former President of the Saskatchewan Mining Association. In 2005, John was awarded APEGS s Outstanding Achievement in Engineering Award.
