3 About Quadro Reactivated junior company with experienced management, Quadro started trading in October 2017, after completing acquisition of the Staghorn Property. Initial funding completed at the same time. Acquired a large and exciting gold project (Staghorn project) along the Cape Ray Fault in Newfoundland where recent significant discoveries are being made by Marathon Gold, Sokoman Iron, Matador Mining and Antler Resources/Altius Minerals. Recent work at the Staghorn project concentrated on the Woods Lake Gold Zone and confirmed the porphyry hosted gold system with intersections of 0.33g/t over 32.5 m; however, a central higher grade zone (6.18g/t over 5.1 m) was not extended. A second precious metal property was staked in 2018 near the community of Conche, on the Great Northern Peninsula: assays pending. Excellent share structure with approximately 28 million shares trading; MEK and Benton each have a 15% interest and management have approximately 20% interest. Company s Capitalization approximately $1.5M. Second phase drill program to start the first week of November testing the Ryan s Hammer prospect and two other high priority targets.

6 Gold Prospects Along Cape Ray Fault Matador Mining Cape Ray Deposits: Recently acquired from Benton Resources for $4.5 million (cash and shares). Dev t work on going: 422,719 oz indicated plus 327,442 oz inferred Marathon Gold Valentine Lake Deposit: On-going exploration (3 drills turning) continue to add to the mineralized system. Geological host rocks and mineralization similar to Staghorn: 2.13 M oz measured and inferred plus 1.10 Moz inferred Sokoman Iron Moosehead Project: Recent acquisition by Sokoman from Altius Resources. Completed phase 1 program with excellent results. Phase 2 10,000 m program in progress with 2 rigs: Phase 1- DDH MH-18-1 result g/t over 11.9 m Antler Gold Wilding Lake prospects: numerous showings and soil anomalies on its 635 sq km land package. One drill program completed and continuing with follow-up soils etc.: Channel results up to 6.0 g/t over 8.5 m and 49.3g/t over 4.6 m

7 Staghorn Project Large claim package covering 50 km of the auriferous Cape Ray Fault Zone. A number of active projects along the fault have been well financed and have multi drill rig programs in place. Quadro completed a first phase of drilling in late 2017, confirming the wide extent of the Woods Lake altered porphyry. Additional work in this initial program defined a 600 m long soil anomaly with values up to 7.0 g/t Au-in- soil at Mark s Pond. A second phase drill program is scheduled for November 2018 and will test three areas to the northeast of Woods Lake. Ryan s Hammer Values from angular float consisting of slabs of altered arsenopyrite rich diorite with values up to g/t Au. Drilling to the east had widespread low gold values in a similar rock type. Sand Pit Two km NE of the Woods Lake Zone, in an area where the Cape Ray Fault is covered by overburden. Mark s Pond centred by a strong gold soil anomaly on the edge of a diorite plug.

11 Conche Project A second area of interest for Quadro was staked in 2018 near the community of Conche, on the Great Northern Peninsula. Grassroots prospecting in the general area of White Gold s Gunner s Cove gold property and New Found Gold/Altius Resources Sail Pond properties discovered two new precious metal showings: Conche Inlet Ag/Pb/Fl prospect with values up to 192 g/t Ag and 15.5% Pb. Old Road Au showing with values up to 3.7 g/t Au. Both prospects are within a regionally extensive deformation zone correlated with the Long Range/Doucers Fault system. New Found Gold (NFG) negotiated the acquisition of Altius Sail Pond claims for 12 million shares and other considerations (final deal pending?) Altius results included 499 g/t Ag, 6.8% Pb, 2.66% Cu over 1.0m. Results are pending from a second program of sampling in the area of the Old Road showing. Fourteen samples of sulphide rich qtz greywacke and intrusive material were sent for analysis. Pending results, soil sampling and additional prospecting will be carried out over both occurrences.

16 Staghorn Exploration Proposal Evaluate the central 12 km of the Cape Ray Fault where Marathon style mineralization has been defined at both ends (Woods Lake and Ryan s Hammer). Complete 1000 m drill program targeted on Ryan s Hammer high grade areas. Additional drill testing on areas of high gold values and anticipated intrusive rocks along the fault. Conche Focus on the new mineralization along the silver/gold deformation zone: soil grid and detailed prospecting is planned, pending latest sample results. Other Continue to evaluate and acquire new gold opportunities proximal to the Cape Ray- Marathon Gold-Sokoman Iron trend. Recently staked an untested gold trend with on strike values up to 19.3 g/t Au: Prospecting and sampling planned.

He has been involved in the financing of over thirty private companies and their subsequent listings on North American Stock Markets. GORDON FRETWELL, B.COMM., LL.B. Corporate Secretary Mr. Fretwell holds a B.Comm. degree and graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1979 with his Bachelor of Law degree. Formerly a partner in a large Vancouver law firm, Mr. Fretwell has, since 1991, been a self-employed solicitor (Gordon J. Fretwell Law Corporation) in Vancouver, practicing primarily in the areas of corporate and securities law. 19 Advisors to the Board STEPHEN STARES Mr. Stares is a successful mining entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in mineral exploration. He spent seven years with Noranda exploration on projects including the Hemlo gold mines, Eagle River gold deposit and the Geco and Mattabi base metal camps. He spent ten years managing the operations of Stares Contracting Corp., a successful mineral exploration services company based in Thunder Bay, Ontario. From 2004 to present he has been directly involved in the start-up of 10 publicly traded companies on the TSX Venture exchange and was directly involved in assembling projects of merit and raising millions of dollars for these junior exploration companies. In March 2007, Stephen and brother Michael, along with the rest of the Stares/Keats family, were the proud recipients of Prospectors and Developers Association (PDAC) Bill Dennis Prospector of the Year Award. This award was given to recognize the family's contributions to the industry of the past 40 years. He is the President and CEO of Benton Resources. ALEXANDER SANDY STARES Mr. Stares has more than 18 years experience in mineral exploration, spanning a variety of Canadian geological terranes, from Newfoundland to Yukon. Prior to forming his own Contracting Company Stares Prospecting Ltd. he worked with IndoMetals, Rubicon Minerals Corporation, Freewest Resources of Canada, New Millenium, Lac Des Isle Mines and Noranda. He was instrumental in the discovery of the H-Pond Gold Prospect and the Lost Pond Uranium Prospect. He has discovered numerous major mineral occurrences in Canada and abroad which have been the subject of extensive exploration programs. He was also one of the recipients of the PDAC's Bill Dennis Prospector of the Year Award" in March 2007, which was awarded to members of the Stares/Keats family.
