2 A message from......the Managing At Arabian Profile Global Co. LLC, we now have a salesteam in place, and are extremely busy with client meetings and tender submissions. We are also fortunate enough to have members of the Arabian Profile sales team, working on promoting our steel door frames. We are also receiving requests from clients to provide other types of framing such as special or custom door frames as well as fire-rated door frames. In this regard we currently are investigating the possibility of adding this capability to our production facility. We have identified steel framing as a large expanding market for applications such as housing (low cost or otherwise) and also interior fit-outs of commercial and retail facilities. Marhaba (Hello) from the UAE!! Welcome to the 5th Edition of JV Global Limited s Shareholder Newsletter. The newsletter is aimed at ensuring that our shareholders are kept up-to-date and fully informed in relation to the company s activities. I have also had discussions in relation to setting up a raw materials trading division here at APG. Although this proposal is in the preliminary stages, this could see us being able to achieve a further cost saving on raw material purchases in additional to providing a further income stream generated as a result of materials trading. We are just coming out of the hottest time of the year here in the UAE, and are now in the midst of Ramadan. We expect the coming months leading up to Christmas to be our busiest time yet! Sharus Steel Products Pvt Ltd, JV Global Limited s Indian Joint Venture Company has also been progressing well. The executives of Sharus Steel and I visited Taiwan during the month of September and visited various roll-forming suppliers. We now are in a position to make a decision in relation to the most suitable supplier for the steel door frame production line. The land for our factory has now been finalised and project finance approved. It is anticipated that the commencement of the factory will commence later this month (after the end of Monsoon Season). I also visited Malaysia to facilitate the export of Steel Door Frames to India to ensure supply for the demand that is created whilst our machinery is being built.

3 5.0 Director We have also been in discussions with The Ceylinco Group ( com). Ceylinco are a large and diversified conglomerate based in Sri Lanka. They currently have over 100 subsidiary and associated companies in areas such as construction, banking, communications and healthcare. I met with their Directors, earlier this year and we discussed the merits of our projects. They have now advised us that their Chairman will be making the trip to Perth to see us in the near future in order to further discussions. In August, Mr Keith Hutson, joined JV Global Limited in the role of Operations / Technical Manager. Keith has a wealth of experience in the steel building products and construction industry. Keith previously worked as sales manager at Roofmart here in Kewdale and was charged with the design and establishment of the new Master Truss and Steel Framing System that has recently been established there. Keith has jumped straight into the design of a new Steel Framing System for JVG. He has been dealing with a number of software vendors, engineers and manufacturers in order to put together a complete system that has the ability to produce a wide and varied range of dwellings. With the increased interest from a number of different clients, I see steel framing as being an integral part of JV Global Limited s future operations. The Teyseer Group, who you may remember we signed an MOU with in July this year, are currently finalising a feasibility study in relation to the establishment of a steel door frame facility in Doha, Qatar. We hope to have the results of this in the coming months. Over the past 24 months, we have been in discussions with IBC Jordan in relation to the establishment of a low-cost housing production facility in Amman, Jordan. This facility would incorporate steel door frames, steel framed housing and other associated building components. We hope to conclude these negotiations before the end of this year. We have also just taken our first order for steel door frames from Dili, Timor for the construction of a new hospital there. The construction company, Penta-Ocean Construction is a large Japanese based firm that operates globally. We are hoping to be able to establish an alliance with them to supply them with steel framing for their global projects. As you can see, we have been extremely busy, and the next few months will hopefully see this hard work pay off with the culmination of these negotiations. 4 It has now been five months since JV Global Limited s first joint venture company, Arabian Profile Global Co. LLC, officially opened for business. In this short time, the company has employed a full-time sales team. The factory and all machinery are operating smoothly with all factory staff now completely trained in all aspects of not only the roll-forming line, but also fabrication and assembly of the frames. A number of the staff members are also trained in the installation of the frames in both new buildings as well as in retro fitting knock-down frames into existing buildings. Above: Arabian Profile Global Co. LLC Offices in Sharjah, UAE Coming out of the quietest time of the year (summer holidays), the staff are gearing up for a busy few months. We are quoting and tendering on some very large projects, Mr Terry Opie, Managing Director of APG says. The company is fortunate to be able to utilise the existing sales staff at their joint venture partner, Arabian Profile Company Ltd, to introduce new projects that they are quoting on themselves providing APG with some great sales leads. Sheikh Sultan Qassimi is building a new hotel in Sharjah, and will be using our steel door frames in this project. Mr Opie says that the company is looking at expanding their product range as a result of customer demand. We are constantly being asked if we are able to supply fire-rated door-sets and frames made to custom profiles, he says. Our customers want to be able to order all their steel framing from one supplier. At the moment they have to go to one supplier for door frames, another for fire-rated door frames, and another for stud-wall steel framing. If we are able to offer them all these products on one order, and provide them with one invoice, their administration costs are dramatically reduced - In this regard, we have established strategic alliances with suppliers of both wooden doors & fire-rated doors. Mr Opie says that by offering these additional products APG are able to increase the value of each project that is quoted or tendered upon which is reflected in an increase in our bottom-line net profit.

5 5.0 India - Sharus Steel Products Pvt Ltd Sharus Steel Products Pvt Ltd is the joint venture company between JV Global Limited and The Shapoorji Pallonji Group. The company has now finalised the purchase of land in Mumbai with which to establish its manufacturing facility. Project finance has also been approved and the company expects that the construction of the buildings will commence very soon. JV Global Limited, Managing Director, Terry Opie visited Taiwan with Sharus Steel Products CEO, Mr Parthasathy in September to visit machinery manufacturers at their premises with the view to being in a position to finalise the order of the rollforming production line. We have seen that there are some very good roll-forming machines that are now being produced by the Taiwanese, Mr Opie says. Due to the vast difference in the cost of labour, this means that the capital cost of the machinery is significantly lower, which enables Sharus to be able to look at the possibility of adding other lines immediately, he said. Mr Opie also noted that the timeframe to build the machinery in a country like Taiwan is shorter than in Australia. These guys work seven days a week, on 24 hour shifts to ensure machinery is built fast. 6 4.0 Employee Profile Keith Hutson In August, JV Global Limited was extremely lucky to be able to obtain the services of Mr Keith Hutson in the role of Operations / Technical Manager. Keith has had in excess of 30 years experience in the Steel Door Frame and Steel Framing Industry. Keith has previously worked as Sales Manager at Roofmart, one of Western Australia s largest Steel Framing Manufacturers. Other work experiences include Tubemakers (Quality Assurance Manager), BHP (State Manager Aluminium, Adelaide), Binder Engineering (State Manager) and P.T. Binder Indonesia (General Manager). Keith brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company and significantly boosts the technical capacity of the organisation. Keith has taken ownership and control of putting together the JV Global Steel Framing System. The company has a number of serious enquiries from potential buyers, who are looking for an all-in-one framing system that is able to produce everything from stud walls for commercial fit-outs to basic low-cost housing to medium-level residential dwellings. Keith is currently working with a number of manufacturers and software vendors to design a new system for JV Global Limited. With what we have at the moment, we think we will be able to take the best ideas from a number of different systems, and make a few design modifications and improvements to give us something unique in the marketplace, Mr Hutson says. 7 China Negotiations JV Global Limited Director, Mr SJ Hwang, has visited China and met with Baochen Shanghai Steel Construction Door & Window Co Ltd to further discussions in relation to the market survey and feasibility for the establishment of a joint venture in China. Negotiations are, and will continue to be on-going. Teyseer Group As reported to the ASX on 18th July, 2006, JV Global has signed an MOU with the Teyseer Group to establish a Joint Venture in Doha, Qatar. Teyseer are currently completing a feasibility study to ensure and confirm the viability of the project and the company hopes to progress this matter further within the coming months. The TEYSEER GROUP ( was founded in 1969 by the current Chairman, Mr Abdul Rahman Al Mannai and is a diversified industrial group with 15 wholly owned subsidiaries with interests in Contracting, Building Materials, Motor Vehicle Dealerships, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Plant Hire, Information Technology, Industrial Supplies and Services, Engineering and Fibre Glass Plants. The Group is also the exclusive agents for Exxon Mobil (Esso and Mobil) in QATAR. Exports to Timor Dili JV Global Limited has recently taken an order for the supply of steel door frames to Penta-Ocean Constructions who are constructing a new hospital in Dili, Timor. The initial order is for the supply of stages 1 and 2 of the project and the company is also negotiating for the contract to supply further stages of the hospital. We have also been looking at the supply of the fire-rated frames as well as door leaves for this project, Jarrod Opie, Business Development Manager of JV Global says. We are investigating how can forge strategic alliances with companies such as Penta-Ocean as they are involved globally in construction projects of this nature, says Jarrod. Initially, the company will be obtaining frames from a local manufacturer; however Mr Opie says that in the future, the company hopes to be able to supply these frames directly out of JV Global Limited s joint venture operations. If we develop the ability to produce special or custom frames at Arabian Profile Global Co. LLC in Sharjah, it will give us the means to compete in a far greater number of markets - worldwide said Jarrod.

8 5.0 Current Negotiations Ceylinco Group Sri Lanka JV Global Limited is currently in discussions with the Ceylinco Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Sri Lanka. Furthering negotiations completed earlier this year, the company will be investigating the possibility of supplying turn-key projects to the group that will encompass steel framed housing, steel door frames, as well as associated cladding and building materials. There is a large demand in Sri-Lanka for not only low-cost housing solutions but also mid-range housing. An emerging middle class, similar to that in India, has meant local companies are looking for new and innovation construction methods, which address issues such as cost and construction times. IBC Jordan - Amman Jordan JV Global has been in discussions with IBC Jordan for a period of almost 2 years now in relation to the establishment of a steel framed housing project and steel door frame project in Amman, Jordan. Jordan is widely recognised as the Gateway to Iraq. The inevitable rebuilding of this nation means that many companies are looking at the establishment of building systems which can facilitate the rebuilding process which is coming closer to a reality. A comprehensive feasibility is now taking place, and with JV Global Managing Director, Terry Opie, being based in the region this has proved to be a huge advantage. The management of IBC Jordan has been to Dubai and I have held a number of meetings with them in relation to the possibility of JVG supplying this equipment to them on a turnkey basis, Mr Opie says.
