Effectiveness of the proposed measures to exploit and disseminate the project results (including IP) 3. Implementation 1. Coherence and effectiveness of the work plan, including appropriateness of the allocation of tasks and resources; 2. Appropriateness of the management structures and procedures, including risk and innovation management.

13 Evaluation Process Eligibility check Allocation to 3-4 independent evaluators mostly business background Funding Threshold - 4 out of 5 in each criteria, 12 out of 15 to be considered If applications above threshold > maximum funding budget for the topic score recalculated with Impact score X1.5, higher scores get funded If equal scores panel review
