Gautam Budh Nagar(U.P) Website: greaternoidaauthority.in, email id: authority@gnida.in Online Building Plan Submission Automated Scrutiny and Approval System (OBMAPS) Introduction How to Submit How to Prepare for Submission Dos and Don ts Introduction : Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority has successfully developed a new software Online Building Plan Submission, Automated Scrutiny and Approval System (OBMAPS) to give online approval for Upto 300 Sqm. Meters residential plots in first phase. The architects can utilize this software in submission of their online application, ownership documents, appendix, affidavit scan copy, drawing file and make payments through E-Challan/Payment Gateways. How to Submit : Registered Architects can login to the OBMAPS submission system by using their GNIDA id as user name and password. After logging in for the first time, they have to change their passwords and securely keep it. The web page can be accessed using the 49.50.66.227:90
After entering the username and password, they have to pick the button for proving they are Not a Robot and then select Login button. From now on Architects can submit new plan by selecting the Top Right button, subsequent procedures such as uploading of essential documents, providing the Allotment number, plot size etc., are elaborated in the User Manual. Architects may also continue partial submissions; view the status etc., the image below is self- explanatory. After selecting the Submit/Resubmit building proposal, the following pop-up dialog box opens. To submit a new proposal, select the first button, to generate Docket no. For submission in installation, select the second button, to complete a partial submission, select the third button and to resubmit a drawing, select the fourth button.
How to Prepare for Submission : Preparation of Smart DCR Software readable drawings is easy. In the existing drawings, we have to add layers starting with Floor to differentiate from the rest of layers, for example Floor-Ground, Floor01 etc. Then we have to add drawing elements like Polylines, text and lines. If we are going to show an area, for example, Plot area, First floor F.A.R area, we have to use polylines. For showing building height, compound wall height, ramp width etc., we have to use lines, to identify Typical floors, name of dwelling etc., we have to use Text. Smart DCR consists of two software, one is Prechecker and the other is the Scrutiny engine. Prechecker is the software for finding out all the polyline, line, and text related problems in the drawing. When the Applicant submits the building map proposal, this software enables the applicant to rectify the defects in the drawing and make it suitable to run in the main Scrutiny software. It reads the drawing elements and lists all the discrepancies in the drawing. It processes the file and gives the output with various parameters as listed below. If errors are found in the drawing, the drawing will be populated with hyperlinks to the errors and will be returned to the Applicant via email. 1. Setback Boundary 2. Multiple Polyline Geometry Problems 3. Misplaced OTS 4. Mandatory requirements 5. Other critical errors By clicking on the above hyperlinks in the returned drawing, details will be displayed such as disqualified object name; floor name and drawing coordinate position. It will also draw a crossed grey line on all the disqualified objects throughout the drawing. If the drawing passes Precheck, then the Scrutiny engine will analyse the drawing, compares with the rules and finally generates reports similar to the check list currently being used in GNIDA, including the Fees breakup. After scrutiny, Architect can further continue to do Payment and other necessary procedures.
Dos and Don ts : Dos: Layering system to be followed: 1. Proposed Floor layer: Floor01, Floor02 etc., corresponding to the floor count. 2. Existing Floor layer: Floor01-EX, Floor02-EX etc., corresponding to the floor count. 3. Floor-Stilt or Floor-Ground for common Site related details. 4. For Proposed Basement floor, layer should be Floor-BF1, Floor BF2 etc. corresponding to the Basement Floor Count. 5. For Existing Basement floor, layer should be Floor-BF1-EX, Floor BF2-EX etc. corresponding to the Basement Floor Count. The drawing file should have the following specifications: 1. Proposal Drawing should be in.dwg Format. 2. All objects to be processed by Smart DCR should be drawn using Lines, Polylines and Text and placed in layers starting with Floor. Objects in any other layer will be ignored by Smart DCR. 3. Layers and Colours should be followed as per the colour code table. 4. Remove the unused layers, dimension styles etc. 5. Drawing units should be in meters. 6. All details should be drawn in scale 1:1 (True Scale). 7. Avoid unnecessary objects in the drawing. 8. In the site plan, Front Setback should be in the Bottom Of the drawing. 9. All Details should be submitted in a Single Drawing. Don ts : 1. All drawing objects shall be in 2 Dimensional (Z-Coordinates Zero) and placed without any elevation. 2. Blocks, Regions, Wipeouts and External references shall not be placed in the drawing as they will not be processed. 3. Paper space (or) Layout shall not be used. 4. Overlapping of polylines shall be strictly prevented which will result in the rejection of file, reprocessing and improper generation of outputs because of area accumulation, counting discrepancy etc. 5. Plans prepared using Educational version of AUTOCAD or other software like REVIT cannot be accepted as its use is limited. 6. Don t use unnecessary spaces in layer Names
