FLEX X4 VISION-1 REGISTER CONTROL INNOVATIVE FLEXO UNIT W/PRINTING CYLINDERS A new development within the XFlex family marks the introduction of servo-motors on a low-budget press using conventional printing cylinders. XFlex X4 by OMET shares most of the features of the elder sister X6 including a technological supply of all respect. With twin servo-motors on each print unit, integrated pre-register and register control system Vision-1, ergonomics and versatility of use, XFlex X4 is the best performer in its class. Shorter web path, compared to X6, limited footprint, wide accessibility to the press for changes and regulations, and overall consistent printing results, satisfy all converters who still rely on print cylinders. Any job changeover is easily and rapidly performed thanks to a special easy change configuration, which guarantees lower waste levels, faster set-up and reduced run-to-register time. With the new XFlex X4 it is possible to obtain highly consistent quality and superior production performance in short runs through simplicity and intuitiveness.
