G E O M E T R I C O P E N W O R K Most of the time we don t want holes in our knitting. But sometimes we do want to make holes just for the fun and the art of it. Most holey patterns involve breaking and restarting yarn. This makes for many tails to be worked in--the bane of most knitters. Cornelia Tuttle Hamilton has perfected a technique which allows you to work with one continuous strand. You ll learn her geometric openwork method for making square and triangular holes while making practice swatches. You can decide if you want to make any of the projects that use this technique or whether you just want to enjoy a day learning this technique for the fun of it. There will be a small amount of homework before class. January 21 $25 plus supplies 4
