David R. Bell Dave Bell is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and a vice president and senior retirement sales executive for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. Dave is responsible for large-market defined contribution sales. Prior to joining the firm in 1995 and becoming a senior retirement sales executive, he was a retirement plan specialist in our national plan market. He earned a B.A. in political science from McDaniel College and an M.B.A. in investment management from Johns Hopkins University. Dave is a Series 7 and 63 registered representative. Adam D. Brown Adam Brown is an assistant vice president and relationship manager for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services. Adam s responsibilities include overall relationship management for institutional investment-only clients within the public and private sectors of the defined contribution marketplace. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Adam was the research manager and an investment analyst for Bolton Partners, an investment consulting group in Baltimore, Maryland. Adam earned a B.A. from Radford University in Radford, Virginia. He is a Series 7, 6, and 63 registered representative. Nathan M. Brown Nathan Brown is a client administration manager for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. He is responsible for overseeing a team of associates dedicated to servicing plan sponsors. He joined the firm in 2000 as a retirement plan coordinator, working in the large market environment and has since worked on various levels of retirement plans. Nathan is a 2005 graduate of the T. Rowe Price EDGE Program, aimed at developing leaders and managers. Aaron T. Cincotta Aaron Cincotta is an installation consultant in the New Business Development Group of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services (RPS). Since joining the firm in 1997, Aaron has worked and managed in RPS Operations and Investment Operations. Currently he is responsible for the conversion and implementation activities of new and existing RPS clients. Aaron received a B.S. in finance from the University of Baltimore.

Jerome A. Clark, CFA Jerome Clark is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and a portfolio manager in the Asset Allocation Group. He manages the Program for Charitable Giving portfolios, College Savings Plan portfolios, and the T. Rowe Price Retirement Funds. Jerome is a vice president of the Personal Strategy Funds and an Investment Advisory Committee member of the Spectrum Funds. He is also a member of the Asset Allocation Committee. Prior to joining the firm in 1992, Jerome was a Captain in the United States Marine Corps and spent three years as a mathematics instructor at the U.S. Naval Academy. He earned a B.S. in mathematics from the U.S. Naval Academy, an M.S. in operations research from the Naval Postgraduate School, and an M.B.A. in finance from Johns Hopkins University. Jerome has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Kevin L. Collins Kevin Collins is head of client services in T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc., and is also a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Prior to assuming his current position in 2008, he was chief administrative officer for T. Rowe Price Global Investment Services, the division responsible for the firm s institutional business worldwide, and T. Rowe Price Global Asset Management, the investment management organization responsible for assets sourced in Japan. Kevin earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of Scranton and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland. Cynthia Egan Cynthia Egan is the president of Retirement Plan Services at T. Rowe Price and a member of the firm s Operational Steering Committee. Cynthia joined T. Rowe Price in 2007 after an extensive career in financial services. For almost 18 years, she was with Fidelity Investments, where she was a member of the leadership team that defined and built its retirement business. In 2005, she was named Fund Marketer of the Year by Institutional Investor in recognition of her work on postretirement issues and solutions. Cynthia began her career in financial services with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve and subsequently held positions with KPMG Peat Marwick and Bankers Trust Company. Cynthia is a graduate of Boston College and is the former, founding co-chair of the Council for Women of Boston College. Currently, she is on the Boston College Committee for University Advancement, a member of the Executive Committee for the Council for Women of Boston College, a member of the Boston College Wall Street Council, and is a Board member of The Walters Art Museum. Sonya Glenn Sonya Glenn is a retirement plan coordinator for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc., and has been with the company since 2005. She is familiar with all aspects of plan administration within T. Rowe Price and has worked in the retirement plan administration area during her entire tenure with the firm. Sonya has been a primary or secondary contact for a number of large plans and has worked with the

Ruddick plan since 2006. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for Deutsche Asset Management in Baltimore, Maryland, for five years in the Institutional Investor Services Department. Sonya is currently working toward her A.A. degree in general studies at Anne Arundel Community College. She is a series 6 and 63 registered representative. Carrie Carson Goldrick Carrie Goldrick is a senior communications consultant with T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. Her primary role is working with plan sponsors as a strategic partner to develop goals and effective solutions for educating employees on their employer-sponsored retirement plan. Prior to joining the firm in 1995, Carrie was an associate producer in the News Department at WJZ-TV, where she produced an award-winning daily consumer news segment. She received a B.A. in broadcast/journalism from Penn State University. Howard P. Heller Howard Heller is manager of Legislative and Regulatory Strategy for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. (RPS). Howard s responsibilities include helping to ensure that products and services offered by RPS are aligned with all relevant laws and industry service standards. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Howard worked for the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement. He earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from the Tulane University School of Law. Howard is a member of the bar in the District of Columbia and Connecticut. He also has attained the professional designation of Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA). P. Cesar Hernandez Cesar Hernandez is an assistant vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc., and is lead manager for the Defined Benefit (DB) New Business Development Group. Cesar is responsible for the installation, compliance, and standards functions of the DB business. He manages a team of associates focused on systems design, configuration, and implementation, as well as internal/external regulatory compliance from a systems and process standpoint. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Cesar worked for Mercer HR Outsourcing (formerly Synhrgy HR Technologies, Inc.) as a manager of Client Delivery. Cesar earned his B.B.A. in finance from Texas A&M University. Amy Hubert Amy Hubert is the Client Administration Manager for the Defined Benefit Administration Team of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. where she provides management support for the Defined Benefit Administration Team. Amy joined T. Rowe Price in 2007 and has been in the retirement industry for more than 22 years. Prior to joining the firm, Amy worked at ARINC, Inc. as a Senior Pension Analyst. Amy received her Bachelor of Science degree from Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA and her paralegal certification in Employee Benefits from the Paralegal Institute in Philadelphia, PA.

Matthew D. Johnson Matt Johnson is an assistant vice president and communications manager for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. His primary role is to work with plan sponsors as a strategic partner to develop goals and effective solutions for educating employees on their employer-sponsored retirement plan. He also manages a team of communication consultants. Matt joined the firm in 1998. Matt graduated from Villa Julie College with a B.S. in business communications and received his M.B.A. in management from Loyola College of Maryland. He is a Series 6 registered representative. Naomi J. Kappel Naomi Kappel is a senior installation consultant for the Defined Benefit (DB) New Business Department of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc., where she is responsible for new business conversion project management and programming as well as ongoing system support for existing clients. Naomi joined T. Rowe Price in 2005 and has been in the retirement industry for 20 years. Prior to joining the firm, Naomi worked for Mercer, J.P. Morgan, and Towers Perrin with extensive actuarial, administrative, and implementation experience. She earned her B.A. from Colgate University and is a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) under the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). Kathleen L. Lindenstruth Kathy Lindenstruth is a vice president and a senior relationship manager of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. Prior to joining the firm in 1993, Kathy was a pension administrator with two small third-party administrator firms in Baltimore, Maryland, for eight years. She earned a B.A. in biology from Mount Saint Agnes College and an M.L.A. in liberal arts from Johns Hopkins University. Kathy is a Series 7 and 63 registered representative. Matthew D. McOsker Matt McOsker is a vice president for the Product Development division of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. Since joining the firm in 1993, Matt has worked as a Participant Service Center representative and an employee meeting specialist. Matt earned a B.S. in Geology from St. Lawrence University and Visual Basic and Java Programming Certificates from the Community College of Baltimore County. He currently is a Series 6, 7, and 63 registered representative. Patricia E. Moloney Pat Moloney is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Trust Company, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services (RPS). Pat currently serves as the national director of the RPS Participant Service Center. Prior to her current position, Pat held a variety of leadership roles in RPS, including director of RPS Control and Services Support, director of RPS Transaction Processing, and lead project

manager for our OmniPlus system upgrade initiative. Before joining T. Rowe Price in September 1988, Pat was an estate administrator with Mercantile-Safe Deposit & Trust Company. Pat earned an M.A.S. in business from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in history from Towson University, magna cum laude. Francisco J. Negrón Francisco Negrón is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Trust Company and a vice president and director, relationship management eastern region of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. Francisco joined the firm in 1987. Prior to working in Client Services, he was a business unit manager in Client Administration. Francisco earned a B.S. in business administration from Houghton College and is a Series 6 registered representative. Mary Ellen Whiteman Mary Ellen Whiteman is an assistant vice president and section manager for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. (RPS). She is responsible for developing communication strategies for plan sponsors to effectively communicate to participants about their plan and provide participants with education about retirement planning. Mary Ellen is the manager of RPS Participant Communications, which is made up of three teams of communications consultants supporting clients across the nation. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, she worked for Hollander, Cohen & McBride as an assistant project manager providing market research services to a variety of national clients.
