LANSDOWN 400MM FLOOR CUPBOARD (LAN400FC.LW/LAN400FC.PG) INSTALLATION AND AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS Installation Procedure This unit can be joined to other units with furniture fixing bolts (not provided). It is recommended that units are joined before they are fixed to the wall. Clamp the units together using suitable clamps, ensuring they are flush and level with each other. Drill out the 4 pilot holes in the side of the unit and using the bolts, join units together. Remove clamps and fix the assembly to the wall as required using corner brackets (not supplied). Door Reversing Step 1 Step 2 DOOR CARCASS Door fixing screws Carcass fixing screws L R Depending on the intended location of the unit, you have the option of choosing whether you want a left or right hand opening door. Choose the desired handing and fix hinges to the door and then the carcass. Holes are also provided on both ends of the door for the badge attachment to be fitted once the desired handing is chosen. Drawer Adjustment Step 3 Step 4 Side View Drawer Side Carcas Adjustable Runner Wheel Front View The drawer may require adjustment to ensure alignment. This is achieved with the adjustable runners. They are located at the front on the underside of the drawer. By rotating the wheel indicated in Step 3 vertical adjustment of the drawer can be made. The drawers have a quick release function. The drawer is removed by squeezing the handles on both of the runners and pulling the drawer forward. The quick release handles are located at the front on the underside of the drawer (see Step 4). For a standalone installation a wooden worktop is supplied. This can be fixed in place using the adhesive strips supplied. Then measure up to where you desire the top of the mirror to be situated and minus distance (a), to find the final fixing heights. At this height use a level to mark two points a distance of (b) apart.
