SCRIPT BOOK SOCIAL MEDIA You are NOT a Salesperson. We get paid to make Friends. HOW TO USE F.O.R.M. F.O.R.M is an acronym to help you to remember to ask questions about people. People don t care how much you know until they know how much you care and asking questions is the BEST way to build a relationship with someone. Once they know, like and trust you they are more than likely to join you. FAMILY Where Do You Live? Do You Have Children? How Many Children Do You Have? Ages? Are You Married? How Long? RECREATION Do You Have Any Hobbies? What Do You Do For Fun? Do You Have Lots Of Time To Do It Often? OCCUPATION What Do You Do? How Long Have You Done That For? What Did You Do Before? What Do You Like About It? What Don t You Like About It? MOTIVATION What are you excited about? What s new in your life? Do you support any charities? DIRECT APPROACH Personal Invites are the ONLY way to invite people. Think to yourself how annoying it is when you are added to an event on FB that no one ever spoke to you about. Don t be that person. Be different, stand out. Do not have your Direct Approach Message be the FIRST message you ever send someone. Use the F.O.R.M method first. Use these 4 statements when using a direct approach with your prospect. I ve got something important I need to show you. It will only take about 15 mins. It may or may not be for you. If I sent you a video WHEN would you be able to watch it? INDIRECT APPROACH Compliment Them, Be Genuine. I just had to let you know that I ve really enjoyed getting to know you I just had to let you know that what I saw you post on FB the other day was really inspiring Refer back to something you learnt about them previously and ask them about it. How are your kids going? How s your new job going? Then follow with parts of the DIRECT APPROACH script that feel relevant. FIXING THE DIRECT APPROACH When we are brand new and super excited we sometimes spam people without realizing or bombard them with so much they want nothing to do with it. Honesty is the best policy and everything is fixable. Hi...I feel terrible the way I bombarded you about my business when I first started, I was just so excited I couldn t help myself. I would hate my lack of skill to be the reason you weren t open to looking and hey it may or may not be for you but you never know what you are saying no too until you look. Are you free later for us to catch up?

Share something intriguing about a product, how the team works and relaxes, etc. Broadcast live events - conference, a concert. Your Why. Starting Strong, Finishing Strong. Personal Development. Favorite Part of the Day. Favorite place in the world. If money was no object where in the world would you live. How do you like to spend your spare time. What does happiness mean to you. If you had absolute time freedom on a daily basis how would your day look and what would you do with your time. FB LIVE TOPICS Gratitude - Being grateful posts, here s a list you can work off for what your grateful for A moment of inspiration. An article of clothing. Something money can t buy. A form of movement. A family member. A friend. A leader or teacher. A simple pleasure. A scripture passage or quote. A person you spent time with today. A person you can call. A person who makes you laugh. A writing tool. A spiritual practice. A breakfast food. A meal. A dessert. A drink. A difficult situation. A personal trait or characteristic. A personal gift or ability. A small gesture. An upcoming task or assignment. An opportunity. A silver lining. A local spot. A travel destination. A game. A current song on the radio. A single moment today.

CONNECTION CALL LAYOUT ASK YOUR PROSPECT 3 QUESTIONS 1. Did you get a chance to watch the video? 2. What did you like best about what you saw? Was it the products, the Financial Benefits, or both? 3. What questions can I get answered for you today? (We don t like to mention that we are getting someone on the call, that is foreign to the prospect and we don t want them to get uncomfortable) That s a great question! I had similar questions when I first took a look... hey can you hold on one mo-ment? Then dial Expert. When you merge the calls just dive right back into conversation (no need to ask if you have everyone there, you can see that you do on your phone). Hey prospect, like I said you asked some really great questions and I want to be able to answer them cor-rectly. I brought my friend and business partner... on the line. She is absolutely killing it in this business and will be able to help you with all your questions. Expert I ll hand the call over the you. Closing down the connection call after the Expert hands the call back to you. Thanks Expert for your help today! Have a great day! So prospect I m really glad you got to meet Expert. Were they able to answer all of your questions? IF YES: Great! Then it sounds like you may be ready to get started. Would you like to look at the kit op-tions today? IF NO: What can I do to clarify the answers for you? (Clarify it on the spot or simply schedule a future call within 24 hours. Text your upline the questions, see if there s info you can send the prospect before your next call. If not, that s ok. Find the person who can answer their question and ask them if they are available to be your expert.) RECONNECTING Hi...How are you? We haven t touched based in a while, what have you been up too? Hi...How are you? I saw your post on FB the other day about... Looked awesome. What else have you been up to? Hi...How are you? I would love to get your questions answered about the info I shared with you, I know I had a million when I was first intro-duced, so let s jump on the phone for a chat, when will work for you? Hi...How are you? I know life gets crazy and we have so many things on at once but I would real-ly love to organize a chat with you this week in re-gards to the info you ve looked through. When could be a good time? Rebuilding Friendships with people you have not seen or spoken too in a really long time is very sim-ple to do on FB. Start liking, commenting etc on their wall so they see you popping up. This breaks the ice a bit too. Then start being really interactive. Have you got any memories you could chat to them about!? Hi Emma how are you? Can you believe we ve known each other for 15 years now. Do you remember when... share a story about a mutual friend you have. Did you know Lisa now lives in New York? feels like forever ago we were all at school. Find something that ties you together. Memories work really well as you ll start a really strong conversation.

HOW TO START A CONVERSATION This can be anything just start talking and be bold. Private message someone on a Friday and say Hi hope you re having an awesome Friday so far. Any plans for the weekend? Just a simple Hi how are you - how s your day going? Look at their timeline and like and comment on a couple of things then private message them with something that s relating to their FB posts. Hi Bec, Oh my goodness the view at that restau-rant you were at was amazing. How was the food? I loved the photos of your holiday. You guys looked like you had a great time. How long were you able to get away for? Really anything! In person just say Hello, how s your day going.? compliment them on something. Hello I absolutely love your... hair/clothes/nails Compliments go a long way! Be genuinely interested in speaking to the person. BE A CONNECT: I heard you were looking for a new hair stylist. I d be happy to connect you with a friend of mine. What s your number so I can intro-duce you? OVERCOMING OBJECTIONS NO MONEY/TOO EXPENSIVE This question should be handled by the expert on your connection call. If your prospect is asking you this question you have given them too much info or started the conversation from a product perspective. I understand how you feel, I felt the same way how-ever what I found was simply by sharing it with a few people I actually got my products for free, would you like me to show you how that works? Expensive compared to? It s not an expense for me, it s an investment into myself and my business One way too look at it is you are either going to pay for your health now or later. I would much rather take care of me and my family now PYRAMID SCHEME As my friend I m shocked you would think I would be involved in something like that. What s a pyramid scheme? Pyramid scheme s are illegal and involve the ex-change of money with no product, we are a product driven company in the Network Marketing Industry, the 2 are completely different. NOT ENOUGH TIME Everyone has the exact same 24 hours in a day. It s what we choose to do with those hours that counts. Life is busy, kids, work, running a house. You need to make sure that your why is far stronger than your excuses. Once you have that perfected I can assure you, you ll have the time for the business. Schedules help extremely well and by doing short 10-15 minute bursts of work 2-3 times a day consistently you can literally build a business around your life. How much time do you have? Perfect I can show

CLOSING STATEMENTS On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being I m ready to be a customer and 10 being I m ready to start the business where are you? If they answer 6 or above What can I answer or provide you that will move you to a 10? Are you ready to get started? Based on what you have shared with me I recom-mend you get started. Are you coachable? Great let s get you started. PIQUING THE PIQUER Depending on who you are connected with on FB, how long you have been building etc... you may get asked to take a look at other business opportunities and/or products. The person with the most conviction wins. Do not buy into Shiny Object Syndrome. I have my own online business from home. Really just depends on what you feel more comfortable saying. Steer away from mentioning Zija at all.
