This will insure you get all emails from art/shipping/receiving/invoicing. Tracking Your Order Online STEP 1: Call your customer service rep. for your user name and password. (please include a.jpeg of your art along with the graphic file.) Artwork will be reviewed and setup for the appropriate embellishment service as requested. Art will be posted to our proofing site. Respond with either Approved/Not Approved. If your artwork is not approved, you will be able to write notes on the website once declined. Once your artwork is approved, sit back and relax, your job should be done shortly! Make sure to reference your submitted PO on all goods Submit your PO before goods are delivered Your goods will be checked in when received, if a PO has not been issued the goods will be held until a PO can be matched with them.
