UltraHD Rolling Cabinet (Model No. 20238F) (pg 5 of 10) Back #1 Front Step 1. Open the package, remove and place all parts to the side. Then open the package of the Stainless Steel Top (#1). Note: The Stainless Steel Top is packed within an inner cardboard box. Assemble the unit on top of this cardboard box to minimize damage to the stainless steel surface. Step 2. Install Front Frame (#6) Locate the Front Frame (#6)and attach to the "Front" of the Stainless Steel Top (#1), using 2pcs Screw A () and Screwdriver (#21) to tighten. #6 Note: The screw holes have some tolerance so make sure that the top and sides of the Front Frame are flushed with the Stainless Steel Top (#1) this may save time by avoiding having to make slight adjustments later. #4 Step 3. Install the Left Panel (#4) Attach the Left Panel (#4) to the Front Frame (#6) and the Stainless Steel Top (#1). Make sure the Top of the Left Panel (#4) is on the Stainless Steel Top (#1) and the screw holes are lined up to the Front Frame (#6). Use Screwdriver (#21) and 6pcs Screw A () to tighten the Left Panel (#4) to the Front Frame (#6), and then to Stainless Steel Top (#1). #5 Step 4. Install the Right Panel (#5). Attach the Right Panel (#5) to Front Frame (#6) and The Stainless Steel Top (#1), Make sure the Top of the Left Panel (#4) is on the Stainless Steel Top (#1) and the screw holes are lined up to the Front Frame (#6), Use Screwdriver (#21) and 6pcs Screw A () to tighten the Right Panel (#5) the Front Frame (#6) and Stainless Steel Top (#1).
UltraHD Rolling Cabinet (Model No. 20238F) (pg 6 of 10) #2 Step 5. Install the Upper Back Panel (#2) Attach the Upper Back Panel (#2) between the Left Panel (#4) and Right Panel (#5). Make sure the Top of the Upper Back Panel (#2) is on the Stainless Steel Top (#1) as the sticker indicates. Line up the screw holes and use 9pcs Screw A () to tighten up the Upper Back Panel to the Stainless Steel Top (#1), Left Panel (#4) and Right Panel (#5). #3 Step 6. Install the Bottom Back Panel (#3) Attach Bottom Back Panel (#3) between the Left Panel (#4) and Right Panel (#5). Make sure the Top of the Bottom Back Panel (#3) is to the Upper Back Panel (#2) as the sticker indicates. Line up the screw holes and use 8pcs Screw A () to tighten the Bottom Back Panel (#3) to the Upper Back Panel (#2), Left Panel (#4) and Right Panel (#5). #7 Step 7. Install the Bottom Panel (#7) Attach the Bottom Panel (#7) to the Left Panel (#4), Right Panel (#5), Front Frame (#6), Bottom Back Panel (#3), line up screw holes and use 9pcs Screw A () to tighten. #10 #9 Step 8. Install Wheels (#9 and #10) Attach Wheels (#9 and #10) to the Bottom Panel (#7) and surrounding frame. Make sure the Swivel Wheels with Brake are installed at the front side. Use Wrench (#25-1) to tighten them.
UltraHD Rolling Cabinet (Model No. 20238F) (pg 7 of 10) #12-4 Step 9. Install Drawer Base Panel and Drawer Front (#12-4 and #12-1 ). Fit and attach Drawer Base Panel (#12-4) into the back slot of stainless steel Drawer Front (#12-1), use 3pcs Screw B (#15) to tighten. #15 #12-1 Note: Do not fully tighten any one screw until all screws are partially screwed in. #12-3 #12-2 #15 Step 10. Install Drawer Side Panels (#12-2 and #12-3) Attach Drawer Side Panels (#12-2 and #12-3) to the back of Drawer Front (#12-1). Make sure the Drawer Side Panels (#12-2 and #12-3) are placed all the way into the slot, making contact with the inner wall of the front panel. Line up the screw holes and use 10pcs Screw B (#15) to tighten them. #12-5 #15 Step 11. Install Drawer Back Panels (#12-5) Attach the Drawer Back Panel (#12-5) to the rest of the assembled drawer. Use 7pcs Screw B (#15) to tighten. WARNING: Pull out slides before placing the drawer into the cabinet.
UltraHD Rolling Cabinet (Model No. 20238F) (pg 8 of 10) Step 12. Install Drawer (#12) into cabinet 1). Pull out both slides for drawer. Hook the drawer between both slides, make sure the slide hooks are completely inserted into the square holes on the drawer side panels. #12 2). Line up the screw holes, and using 4pcs Screw B (#15) to tighten the drawer. #15 #13 Step 13. Place Drawer Mat (#13) into Drawers Place the Drawer Mat (#13) inside the drawer, on top of the base panel as shown in the diagram. Note: If there are gaps between the drawer panels or the frame is not square, please pull out the drawer and loosen the screws to make adjustments. ` #23 Step 14. Install Magnet (#23) Place (#23) Magnet onto the top and bottom of front frame (#6) facing the front, use 4pcs Screw A () to tighten.
UltraHD Rolling Cabinet (Model No. 20238F) (pg 9 of 10) #8 #34 Step 15. Install Middle Shelf (#8). 1). Decide the height for the Middle Shelf (#8). Place 4pcs of (#34) Hook into the hook slot where each corner of shelf should be placed. Make sure the hooks supporting each shelf are at same height. Note: The middle shelf needs a hook at each corner to support it. 2). Place (#8) Middle Shelf into cabinet and push down onto (#34) Hooks. #15 Step 16. Install the Left and Right Doors (#18 and #19) 1). Attach the Left Door (#18) to the unit using 4pcs Screws B (#15) to tighten. #18 Note: The screw holes on the door hinge have tolerance, enabling the door to be adjusted and centered in the frame. 2). Install the Right Door (#19) the same way. #19 MAINTENENCE Casters: use high quality bearing grease once a year. ` Ball-Bearing Sliders: Lubricate the slider twice a year with grease or equivalent. Lock: Lubricate with lock oil once a year. Stainless Steel Top, Drawer and Door Fronts: These parts have a premium quality fingerprint resistant finish. Do not use traditional stainless steel cleaners on this unit. Lightly wipe off once a month with clean warm water and a soft cloth (preferably a micro fiber cloth or T-shirt). This is the safest formula to prevent new stains from appearing over time and manage unwanted finger prints or grease marks. Remeber to always wipe in the direction of the surface grain (NEVER ACROSS) and always use a lint-free cloth. Once the sruface is clean, thoroughly wipe dry with a soft absorbent cloth.
