Nicholas Ruffini is a Reliability Engineer with the Armaments Research Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) at Picatinny Arsenal. He currently works in the Reliability Management Branch of the Science and Technology Division, Quality Engineering and System Assurance Directorate. Since coming to Picatinny Arsenal in 2010, he has been focusing on exploitation of test, analysis, modeling and simulation, and other statistically defensible or data-driven means to design in reliability to various armament systems. Thorsten Roberts: Thorsten Roberts is a statistician in the Statistical Methods and Analysis Group within the Armaments Research Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) at Picatinny Arsenal. He is an ASQ CRE, received his B.E. from Stevens institute of Technology in Mechanical Engineering ( 99) an M.S from the Naval Post-Graduate School in Systems Engineering with a Reliability Concentration ( 07), and is currently pursuing an M.S. from New Jersey Institute of Technology in Applied Statistics ( 17).
