This family of foam mountg tapes provides excellent prt quality for process, combation, and solid prtg. This product is designed to provide easy and clean removal of prtg plates across a wide range on prtg applications with excellent resistance to plate liftg. Offers a complete range of foam densities providg excellent prt quality from process to combation to solid prtg. Consistent caliper control allows the prter to use multiple foam densities on a prt job to optimize prt quality. Use the 3M proprietary Easy Mount ler, creatg micro-channels both adhesive surfaces. The crosshatched pattern creates a contuous and permanent network of micro-channels the adhesive, allowg air to escape from between the tape and cylder/sleeve and between the tape and plate. The adhesive on the lered side (plate side) of the tape is designed for mountg of photopolymer plates, excellent holdg power on-press and clean plate removal when demountg. The adhesive on the non-lered side (cylder side) of the tape is designed for mountg to flexographic prtg cylders or sleeves, providg easy application at mountg and clean removability when demountg.
