Led HCI s financial planning, analytics and reporting process for 15 years, working directly with Ray L. Hunt and other Hunt family members on all major investment decisions. Responsible for monthly financial presentations to senior management. Drove implementation of SAP s Business Planning and Consolidation module (and its predecessors), which facilitated an integrated planning process across the organization, increasing efficiencies and allowing for more in-depth analysis. Integral member of a small team responsible for developing, communicating and maintaining corporate dividends paid to family trusts; team was responsible for first major reorganization since the death of H.L. Hunt, as well as subsequent revisions to these plans.
