IMPORTANT Plese red these instructions crefully efore you strt to ssemle this greenhouse. Plese crry out the steps in the order set out in these instructions. Do not tighten the screws of the Greenhouse until completion of the ssemly of the pnels. Keep these instructions in sfe plce for future reference. Sfety Advice We strongly recommend the use of work gloves during ssemly. Do not ttempt to ssemle the greenhouse in windy or wet conditions. Do not touch overhed power cles with the luminum profiles. Alwys wer shoes nd sfety goggles when working with extruded luminum. Dispose of ll plstic gs sfely - keep them out of rech of smll children. The greenhouse must e positioned nd fixed on flt level surfce. Do not len ginst or push the greenhouse during construction. Keep children wy from the ssemly re. Do not position your greenhouse in n re exposed to excessive wind. Do not ttempt to ssemle this greenhouse if you re tired, hve tken drugs or lcohol or if you re prone to dizzy spells. If using step ldder or power tools ensure tht you follow the mnufcturers sfety dvice. Hot items such s recently used grills, lowtorches etc. must not e stored in the greenhouse. Ensure there re no hidden pipes or cles in the ground efore inserting the pegs. Generl Advice This is multi-prt ssemly est chived y two people. Allow t lest hlf dy for ssemly process. Selecting site - choose sunny level position wy from overhnging trees. If you re fixing your greenhouse directly to solid concrete foundtion use the pre drilled holes in the metl se supplied. The component prts should e checked nd lid out close t hnd. Keep ll smll prts (screws etc.) in owl so they do not get lost. Do not tighten the screws of the greenhouse until completion of the ssemly of the pnels, unless it sys otherwise. Cre & Mintennce When your greenhouse needs to e clened, use mild detergent solution nd rinse with cold clen wter. DO NOT use cetone, rsive cleners or other specil detergents to clen the cler pnels. 11 *Insert the screws from the outside, tighten nuts only 2-3 turns nd leve loose. Insert two screws in the groove of profile A283 t ech end (). Assemle profiles A283 from the outside to the corner profiles A111 nd A112 t the two ends nd simultneously to profiles A203 nd A204 nd crossrs A256 ( ). 12 *Insert the screws from the outside, tighten nuts only 2-3 turns nd leve loose. Slide profile A102 on to the squre hed of screw (connected to the se)(). On the other end slide the hed of screw into the groove on profile A102, insert the screw into predrilled holes in the gutter A136 nd close (DO NOT TIGHTEN) with nut (). 13 *Insert the screws from the outside, tighten nuts only 2-3 turns nd leve loose. Slide screw inside profiles A102 t the top connect it to the ridge A141 nd t the ottom-to the gutter A136. NOTE: Repet the ove ssemly procedure to ll profiles A102 on the roof. NOTE: The vent in the roof cn e inserted replcing one of the middle pnels. In order to ssemle the vent you hve to insert n dditionl screw into oth profiles A102 () on either side of the vent. These two dditionl screws will e used lter. 14 15 *Insert the screws from the outside, tighten nuts only 2-3 turns nd leve loose. Assemle luminum profile A260 using the dditionl screws you inserted on the previous step. 17 Assemle the second profile A173 nd ttch it to the other side of profiles A174, A182 nd A192 using screws d 4008. Tighten ll screws. Assemle the plstic strips PR351 nd PR353. PR351 During the ssemly of the plstic strips you must put pressure on them until they snp into plce. Put the c pressure t one end of the plstic strip nd continue ll PR351 the wy to the other end. Slide profiles A282 on ech side of pnel P512 until they fit the holes on profile A151 ends nd the two holes on pnel P512(c). Connect corners with screws nd nuts. Slide the finl profile A271 until it fits the holes on oth profiles A282 nd the two holes on the pnel P512(d). Connect corners with screws nd nuts. 20 21 The rckets A323 should e connected to profile A260 using screws 445(). To instll the vent on the min em luminum profiles A141, hold it t n ngle of 45 reltive to the profile s plne () (slide it to the position etween the two roof luminum profiles A102 (). The hndle A306 should rest on rckets A323 when the vent is in the CLOSED position. In the OPEN position, the vent cn e secured in one of severl ngles, y ctching selected hole in the hndle with the protruding tip of rckets A323. 22 When you mount the pnels on the wlls slide them into the groove in the lower prt of the gutter A136. Assemle pnel P540, s shown in step 23 During the ssemly of the plstic strips PA nd PR you must put pressure on them from the inside s well s the outside, until they snp into plce. Put the pressure t one end of the plstic strip nd continue ll the wy to the other end. Use tool P333. P540 P333 Insert two pnel supports P328 in every wll section, into the predrilled holes in the se. Simply push it until you here CLICK sound. 25 26 Insert the door lower trck A192 inside the specil luminum ril A162 (), simultneously with the door wheels into the upper trck A222. After you ssemle the door to its plce, ssemle screw nd nut, into the door stopper hole on profile A222(). Tighten ll screws nd nuts. 27 28 Insert the tue T340 from the inside under ech of the roof pnels in the groove of the min em A141(to support the pnel from the inside). Insert the tue T341 from the inside under ech of the wll pnels in the groove of the gutter A136 (to support the pnel from the inside).
