Metal/Glass Sliding-Door Display Cabinet Assembly Instructions Note: Do not fully tighten bolts until Step 6 is complete. Step 1: Unit assembly should begin with parts turned upside down for Step 1. Figure 1 Attach Legs (1) to Stretcher (2) using Bolts (A), Spring Washers (B), and Flat Washers (C). Step 2: Attach assembled parts to Bottom Frame (3) using Bolts (A), Spring Washers (B) and Flat Washers (C). Figure 2 Step 3 Attach Left Rear Support (4), Right Rear Support (5), Left Front Support (6), and Right Front Support (7) to Bottom Frame (3) using Bolts (H), Spring Washers (B) and Flat Washers (C). Step 4 Insert Glass Back Panel (9) along grooves of Left Rear Support (4) and Right Rear Support (5). Figure 4 Step 5 Insert Glass Side Panels (10) along the grooves of Left Rear Support (4), Right Rear Support (5), Left Front Support (6) and Right Front Support (7). 4 Step 7 Turn assembled unit upright. 5 Stick Glass Pads (D) to brackets on Left Rear Support (4), Right Rear Support (5), Left Front Support (6) and Right Front Support (7). 6 Place Glass Shelves (11) onto brackets of each Support (4/5/6/7). Figure 7 7 Step 8 Attach Sliding Wheels (I) to pre-attached Pads (L) on Glass Doors (12). I Figure 8 I I 8 Step 9 Insert Glass Doors (12) into grooves of Top Frame (8) and Bottom Frame (3). Note: In order to insert doors into grooves, insert top of door first, then insert bottom of door into bottom groove. Figure 9 3 Page 6
(E) Screw (K) Anti-tipping Hardware Tip: At least one screw must be directly mounted into a wall stud. Wall anchor is not needed when mounting into a wall stud. (J) Find ideal location on wall and mark location of each mounting hole. Using a power drill and a 3/16 drill bit, drill one 3/16 hole on wall. Note: Make sure not to drill into electrical wiring or plumbing pipes. Insert Wall Anchor (J) into 3/16 hole. Make sure that wall anchors are flush with wall. Tip: It may be necessary to use a hammer to gently tap anchors into place. Attach L Metal Chips (E) in pre-drilled holes on back of Left Rear Support (4) and Right Rear Support (5) using Screws (G). Attach L Metal Chip (E) to Wall Anchor (J) using Screws (K) and Phillips Screwdriver. Attach Plastic Straps (F) to L Metal Chips (E) on wall and Tower. Now your Metal/Glass Sliding-Door Display Cabinet is ready to use! Figure 10 Page 7
