President IGI Poseidon Offshore Natural Gas Pipeline 2009 2010 (1 year) Athens, Greece and Milan, Italy He led the negotiations with the European Union and achieved the inclusion of IGI Poseidon in the list of the projects eligible to be funded through the European Recovery Plan (EU Regulation 663/09). Successfully submitted the Preliminary Environmental Study for the Greek Section of the Poseidon pipeline to the Greek Ministry of Energy. Evaluated the open tender of the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) that was successfully awarded to IntecSea- WorleyParsons Group. As chief negotiator achieved the Memorandum of Understanding, Project Development Agreement (PDA) and Shareholders Agreement (SHA) for the construction of the Greek- Bulgarian Natural Gas Pipeline with Bulgarian Energy Holding, DEPA and Edison achieving a 50-50 partnership between IGI Poseidon and Bulgarian Energy Holding.
