CIECA News Letter No. 54 / December 2016 Monthly Event Summary Luncheon for Members of the Provincial Parliament of Ontario, Canada Delegation At the invitation of CIECA Chairman C.Y. Wang, a delegation from the Provincial Parliament of Ontario, Canada visited Taiwan from December 10-15, 2016. The delegation, led by Mr. Mike Colle and was accompanied by Mr. Ernie Hardeman, Mr. Jim Wilson, Mr. Lorne Coe, Ms. Peggy Sattler, Ms. Monique Taylor, and their family members. The delegates were interested in Taiwan s democratic development, economic infrastructure, diverse cultures, aboriginal policy, innovative industries, technology, health care, and others. Their itinerary included visits to the Industrial Technology Research Institute, Nangung Biotech Incubation Center, green energy company, among others. Dr. Chin, 1
