Executive Leadership Team Michael Nobrega President and Chief Executive Officer, OMERS Michael Nobrega was appointed President and CEO of OMERS in 2007. He also served as OMERS Chief Investment Officer until December 31, 2009. From 1998 to the date of his appointment as OMERS CEO, Mr. Nobrega was President and CEO of Borealis, the wholly-owned infrastructure investment entity of OMERS. A Chartered Accountant, Mr. Nobrega is a former tax partner of Arthur Andersen, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. Mr. Nobrega holds an Honours BA (Economics and Mathematics) from the University of Toronto. In 2009, Mr. Nobrega was named a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, Canada the highest designation the Institute confers and which recognizes outstanding career achievements as well as excellence in service to the community and the profession. In 2002, Mr. Nobrega received the Arbor Award from the University of Toronto for outstanding community service. Michael Latimer Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, OMERS Michael Latimer is responsible for investment activity throughout all OMERS investment entities, overseeing the development and execution of investment strategy. He was appointed to this position on January 1, 2010, and prior to this appointment was President and CEO of Oxford Properties. Before joining Oxford, Mr. Latimer was Chief Operating Officer of Borealis Capital Corporation. Mr. Latimer s corporate career spans both the private and public markets, commencing with the corporate office of George Weston Limited, followed by Nu-West Development Corporation, Canderel Limited, TrizecHahn Limited, and OMERS Realty Corporation. Mr. Latimer held a number of senior executive real estate positions in the North American real estate sector prior to joining OMERS in 1995. Mr. Latimer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from McMaster University where he currently serves as a member of the University s Board of Governors. 29

Blake Hutcheson President and Chief Executive Officer Blake Hutcheson is one of Canada s leading real estate executives and entrepreneurs. He is responsible for achieving Oxford s goals and executing its long-term business strategy. He plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining Oxford s relationships with key partners in markets around the world. Most recently he was the Head of Global Real Estate with Mount Kellett Capital Management, a New York-based private equity firm with offices in key locations around the globe. Prior to that, as President of the Canadian, Latin American, and Mexican operations for CB Richard Ellis, the world s largest real estate services company, he was integral in driving growth and diversification in several markets and business lines. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Mr. Hutcheson also completed a Graduate diploma in International and Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and a Master s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Colin Loudon Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Colin Loudon is responsible for all of Oxford s financial operations, and provides the executive team with advice and guidance on key corporate and capital management strategies. He oversees and directs all capital raising initiatives of the corporate development group, and is responsible for Oxford s portfolio management and research teams. Mr. Loudon also leads Oxford s corporate and property accounting practices, finance and treasury operations, and the company s full service taxation, compliance, financial reporting and information technology groups. Prior to joining Oxford, Mr. Loudon was a Partner and National Real Estate Industry Leader at KPMG. Mr. Loudon holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honours) from Queen s University as well as Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator designations. 32

Bob Aziz Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel Bob Aziz plays an integral role in developing Oxford s corporate strategy, and is responsible for all of the company s legal affairs including management of the dedicated risk and governance teams. With 25+ years of legal experience in real estate, banking, and private equity, he provides Oxford s executive team with counsel on acquisitions and dispositions, corporate structures, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Aziz was most recently President of Great Gulf Homes and prior to that he was Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at TD Bank Financial Group and a Partner at the prominent international law firms of Torys LLP and Davies Ward Phillips Vineberg LLP. Mr. Aziz holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Western Ontario. Ann Clavelle Senior Vice President, Human Capital Management Ann Clavelle leads the company s human capital management team and is responsible for designing and directing Oxford s HCM initiatives, with a focus on attracting and developing talent across the organization. As a partner to Oxford s corporate group and various business lines, the HCM team works closely with management to deliver a full range of human capital services and solutions. Prior to joining Oxford, Ms. Clavelle held progressively senior human resource positions with Deloitte & Touche in both Canada and the United Kingdom. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and holds her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. Michael Kitt Executive Vice President, Canada Michael Kitt is responsible for all activities within the 45 million square foot Canadian portfolio, including real estate management, development and investments. Mr. Kitt was previously Executive Vice President, Development at a major Canadian real estate company, where he was responsible for planning and executing over $2 billion of development strategies. Prior to this role, Mr. Kitt was Senior Vice President, Investments, with the same firm. Mr. Kitt holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba and his Chartered Financial Analyst designation. 33

Andrew McAllan Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Real Estate Management Andrew McAllan oversees all leasing and operations of Oxford s directly owned and managed 45 million square foot Canadian real estate portfolio. Most recently, Mr. McAllan held the position of Senior Vice President, Real Estate Management, office portfolio, at Oxford. Mr. McAllan has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, and joined Oxford in 1996. Prior to Oxford he held senior positions at Shipp Corporation and Dennis Commercial Properties. Mr. McAllan is on the Board of Directors for Ainsworth Inc. and is an active member of NAIOP and BOMA. Mr. McAllan holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. Neil Jacob Executive Vice President, USA Neil Jacob is responsible for the direction and execution of Oxford s U.S. strategies and is based in the New York office. Prior to joining Oxford, Mr. Jacob focused on acquisitions, dispositions and structured financing for a real estate investment and consulting practice. Previously Mr. Jacob held senior roles at TrizecHahn Corporation and Trammell Crow Company. Mr. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Brown University, and a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law. Paul Brundage Executive Vice President, Senior Managing Director, Europe Paul Brundage oversees the direction and execution of Oxford s European strategy and is based in the company s London office. Prior to joining Oxford, Mr. Brundage worked with Borealis Real Estate Management Inc. and OMERS Realty Corporation, Prudential of England and PricewaterhouseCoopers, in asset and portfolio management, leasing, business development, acquisitions and dispositions and investment analysis. Mr. Brundage holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics and Geography from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Arts in Urban and Regional Analysis from State University of New York. 34 02/2012
