By now, you should have received an email from your Staffing Manager. This will contain your username, login details, a link to reset your password, and links to download the application for IOS or Android. When you first log in to the app, you ll be asked to take a profile picture. This will be used to verify you when you check in and out of assignments and will be seen by NPM Staffing and the client. Please make sure you take a clear picture of your face with adequate light and a plain background. The chat bubble can be used any time to communicate with customer service if you have any questions.
Ready to work? Let us know your Availability! To advise NPM Staffing of your availability for work, go to the schedule tab and tap the clock icon. Next tap on the edit icon, select the days and hours that you are available and tap save. The availability that you set will repeat every week for six months if you do not make any changes. Remember that updating your availability increases the probability of receiving an offer to work from NPM Staffing.
Accept A Position with NPM Staffing Now that you set your availability to work, you ll receive notifications from NPM Staffing. You ll be alerted on your app and by email. When you tap on the mobile notification, you will be able to review the job details and with one tap accept or decline the job offers. You can write a message along with your acceptance or rejection. The job then disappears from your screen. If you accepted the job, it will appear on you r Schedule tab where you ll be provided with the details of the assignment along with a map. If you saw a job offer that later disappeared, it is likely that the position was filled or cancelled.
Check In and Out with a Quick Selfie When it s time to check in for the day, your screen will show a green button, the name of the job and time left until you start. Tap the arrow icon at the top of the screen to pull down a map showing your job s location. On your phone, you can tap on the pin on your assignment map and an option will appear where you can open the maps application on your phone. When it s time to check in, the main button will be labeled Check In with a green indicator around it. You ll be prompted to take a selfie. Take the picture the same way that you took your profile picture with your face in the circle in adequate light. To start recording your hours of work, tap on the Check In button. This verifies your arrival. NPM Staffing will be notified the second you start working and again when you check out. If the time to start your shift has passed, the app will show a red indicator around the button. Both NPM Staffing and the manager will be aware you re late. tap on the Check In button to indicate you ve commenced work. To check in and out for breaks, tap the button and select On a Break. When you come back from break, tap the button to resume work. At the end of your working day or shift, check out. You will be instructed to take another picture for verification purposes After clocking in, your hours will be automatically collected into a digital timesheet at the end of your working week. If you are running late, need to cancel or have any questions regarding your assignment, please contact your staffing manager immediately. Please note, if you accidentally check out early, forget to check in or have any other issues, please contact your staffing manager at NPM Staffing.
Don t Forget to Approve Your Timesheets Once you ve completed your assignment or working week, you will receive an in-app notification and email asking you to review your timesheet. You will see a summary of hours worked and if all looks right, send it for approval. Alternatively, you can edit the hours on the timesheet. Just tap the pencil button next to the shift and make the changes to your timesheet. When you re finished tap save. After approval of your timesheet, you are done and can await payment from NPM Staffing pending client approval. You will be notified if there is a discrepancy. You can also extend bookings if a client has requested you to work more days. Before doing so, you must alert your staffing manager at NPM Staffing of the change in schedule. Once you have alerted NPM Staffing of the change, tap on the schedule tab in the app. When you see your schedule, tap the plus sign at the bottom of the screen. On the next screen, next to Add to Existing assignment, slide the button over to add an extra shift to the assignment you are working currently. Next, tap select existing assignment and select the assignment on the screen. Once it s selected tap the Shifts button and select the day and times that you have been asked to add to your shift. Once those are selected, tap Apply. You will see the assignment and shift duration show up on your screen, if it s correct tap Add and the shift will be added to your current assignment. The additional shifts that you add will also be reflected in your timesheet.
