Ensure you use a relatvely flat head fxng so they won t foul the slats when they are nserted nto the U-Channel. U-Channel* *fx usng relatvely flat head fxngs 2-Way Panel Span Slat Lengths = Openng mnus 10-1-Way Gate Span Recommended Post Centres = Gate Wdth + 75mm* Cut Slat lengths 10- short of the spacng between post/wall openngs. Install Slats & Spacers startng at the bottom slat usng 2 x Tek screws (HW5000) per Slat (1 per sde). Only push n spacers half way - you wll nsert them fully once fxng cover s nstalled. Contnue up the panel untl the last slat s flush wth top of the post. If usng a Centre Mullon (VS5020) for larger panel wdths (1800mm and over), centre t and screw t off to each slat. Clp n Snap On xng Cover (VS5025) for posts and centre mullons & push n all spacers frmly. Insert all caps 600 x 200mm 50 x 50 Post centres = Cut Slat Lengths + 60-65mm *dependent on gate hardware

Install Louvred Slats nto Posts or U-Channel startng at the bottom slat usng 2 x Tek screws (HW5000) per Slat (1 per sde). Contnue up the panel untl the last slat s flush wth top of the post. Clp n Snap On Covers (VS5025) for Posts/U-Channels. Insert all caps. You can create DIY Louvred Gates usng 1-way posts, 65mm Slats and our louvred brackets. Smply use 2 screws per bracket per sde (4 screws per slat).
